"This hotel is super close to the scenic area, so you don't have to rush out early. A huge bonus is the hotel's round-trip shuttle service to and from the high-speed train station, which you can book through them. The driver was punctual and reliable, perfectly solving all our transportation worries. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The front desk and staff were very friendly, quick to respond to any issues, and incredibly thoughtful. Both the hotel's interior and exterior were well-maintained. Our room was clean and bright, and the public areas were neat and elegant, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money. If you're visiting this area, this place should be your top choice. I genuinely recommend it to everyone."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal."

"I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel environment is really nice and comfortable, and the bedding was great to sleep on. There were plenty of lounge areas, and I particularly liked the outdoor terrace – it would be even more enjoyable on a sunny day, as it was raining when we were there. The value for money was excellent too; they even upgraded our room for free, and we had a fantastic mountain view right from our room!"

"I usually can't afford the Ritz-Carlton, and I'd originally planned to stay at the Conrad. However, I saw that the Conrad's twin beds were 1.35 meters wide, while this hotel's were 1.5 meters, plus they offered a shuttle to the scenic area, so I switched. The Conrad definitely has its advantages; it's right at the Huameishengdi bus station. This place, though, requires another taxi ride up the mountain. The taxi driver mentioned the hotel opened last year, and upon entering, I found it very new with beautiful Tibetan-themed decor. The toilet flushes automatically but doesn't have a bidet function. The complimentary Atelier Cologne toiletries are excellent. The location is indeed a bit out of the way; after taking the bus from the high-speed rail station to Huameishengdi for safety, we still needed a taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle to Jiuzhaigou scenic area in the morning, but on the way back, it's likely due to the heavy traffic at the Jiuzhaigou entrance that there's no pick-up service. A taxi back to the hotel costs around 50. Breakfast isn't exactly lavish, perhaps because it's in a mountainous region with limited variety. However, they do have freshly made 'Saozi' noodles and rice noodles, along with coffee, milk, juice, greens, staples, fruit, and toast, covering all the bases. Dinner needs to be reserved and paid for online via QR code in advance. We didn't eat out, but personally, I feel the prices here are not cheap, even compared to the scenic area, but it wins on portion size and taste. We ordered a yak hotpot, and two adults and one child couldn't finish it. Overall, the service and facilities are excellent, though the location is a bit remote. The convenience of a shuttle service makes up for it. Finally, after we checked out, the hotel housekeeper messaged me on WeChat to say we'd left a small doll's outfit, and they kindly arranged to courier it to my home. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to friends."

"From the phone greeting at the front desk when checking in, to the help asking for a car when arriving and leaving the hotel, there is a delicious breakfast in the morning, which is delivered to the scenic area for free. The guy is very enthusiastic, and every link makes people feel the warmth of the hotel. The room is very clean, and the details are very well done, including disposable towels, bath towels, and the hotel yard platform is very beautiful. Whether it is day or night, it is a famous hotel worth recommending!"

"Jiuzhaigou is so beautiful. I left in a hurry and didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'll just use the beautiful photos of the scenic area. I give a thumbs up to the hotel's service attitude. I didn't get up early as planned and missed the hotel pick-up time, but the hotel still arranged for a butler to take us to the entrance of the scenic area. The service was online throughout the whole process."

"Highly recommend this homestay in Jiuzhaigou Jiawuhai Panda Garden! The overall design is simple and casual, the cafe is very beautiful and the atmosphere is super comfortable. The room is large, spacious and transparent, the interior is fully equipped and the facilities are of good quality. The surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, quiet and healing. The most pleasant surprise is that you can see the giant panda for free up close, and the price is super high! Going out is the Jiawu Sea Scenic Area, walking along the lake, surrounded by lakes and mountains, and beautiful scenery. Come to Jiuzhaigou to play, you can also stop by to see the giant panda is too worth it!"
