"I have to say, this is truly a benchmark for family-friendly hotels. 1. The butler service was excellent and always met our needs. 2. They offered thoughtful birthday surprises; I received a 6-inch cake for my birthday on the day, and my husband, whose birthday was in the same month, got an additional 4-inch cake. The room was decorated for the birthday in advance, creating a very cozy atmosphere, just like being at home. 3. The shuttle service was super efficient, arriving within three minutes of booking. 4. No need to worry about the weather; the indoor water park and indoor kids' club are unaffected by rain, and the shuttle buses even have curtains. 5. The Rainforest restaurant is incredibly good value, especially since children under 1.2 meters eat for free, and you get all-you-can-eat salmon – that alone deserves high praise. I must specifically mention how satisfied I was with the service from our butler, Tongtong. Communication was smooth and pleasant, she was highly efficient, and her meticulous care made our stay exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

"First off, the location was a little tricky to find because it's divided into a few areas, but it wasn't impossible. It was just a bit confusing the first time. Parking is free, and there are even charging spots, which is very convenient. If you're staying in one of the forest cabins, there's a shuttle, but it's also nice to walk. Down the hill, there's a lovely tree-lined path through the woods. Listening to the rustling bamboo is incredibly therapeutic. If you walk up the mountain, you go directly through the scenic area, along a path called 'Zen Realm,' which is also very serene. Going up the mountain at 6 AM, before the tourists arrive, is wonderfully peaceful, and the air is fantastic. It's perfect to explore and then head back for breakfast. My main reason for this trip was cycling, so in the afternoon, I went to the Tiaoxi Greenway. There's a greenway from the hotel towards the Yaoshan ruins. You cross the road, and it leads straight through a wheat field and then onto the greenway. I cycled over 20 kilometers before turning back, and I still hadn't reached the end. The entire trip was very pleasant and comfortable because there were beautiful views and not many people. Everything was lush and green. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the service. The butler group was responsive and on point. I also have to commend the hotel restaurant. I ordered beef and two green vegetables, but the butler kindly reminded me I'd ordered too much. Luckily, one of the green vegetables was unavailable, so I just canceled it. The coffee was also delicious, and getting two complimentary coffees upon check-in was a nice touch. Overall, there were no issues with the hardware, environment, or service. The only thing was that there were too many mosquitoes in the mountain forest in the evening, but other than that, everything was great."

"We checked into Club Med Hangzhou Longwu the day after it opened. It was so neat, clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Everything looked just as you'd expect from a brand-new place. Even though it was raining lightly that day, it couldn't dampen our excitement! After checking in, the two kids immediately ran off to the indoor play area. The facilities were all brand new, and they had an absolute blast! We also managed to catch the last call for afternoon tea. They were already clearing up, but a staff member was so thoughtful; seeing that we arrived late, they specially saved a plate of snacks for us. The two hungry kids were thrilled! After they'd had their fill at the playground, the siblings went to relax in the pool. Luckily, I had asked the butler beforehand if there was a heated pool, so I brought their swim gear! The water was clean, and the space was big enough – it was simply amazing! I have to give the evening candy party a perfect 100 points! The dazzling array of colorful candies, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks made all the kids practically cry with excitement! For this sense of occasion, the siblings waited in line for half an hour... The emotional value was through the roof, and the sweetness was off the charts! I didn't even get a chance to take photos of the hotel room! My focus was entirely on eating and playing. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable! Everything was just perfect. The next day, Hangzhou had some rare good weather. After breakfast, the kids all gathered in the outdoor play area and spent the entire morning running around and getting a full workout! After the initial novelty wore off, they moved inside to try various games. No rushing, no queues, no crowds – this is exactly what a May Day holiday should be like. The kids were quite satisfied with their mom's May Day trip arrangements this time! Even after checking out, they were still reluctant to leave. We'll definitely choose Club Med Longwu again for our next family vacation!"

"The environment here is fantastic; it's a guesthouse that just opened in 2025. The rooms are simply and tastefully decorated, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The disposable toiletries are also of very high quality. For breakfast, a delicious meal including fruit and coffee is delivered to your room every morning. The ingredients are fresh and healthy, and everything is beautifully presented. I especially want to thank the owner, who was incredibly warm and helpful. To make it easier for us to explore the Lingyin Scenic Area, they even lent us an electric scooter for free. On a weekend when traffic was difficult, the owner thoughtfully drove us out of the scenic area to a place where it was easier to catch a taxi. Before we left, they even gave us gifts like tea. It was truly a heartwarming travel experience, and I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time! Highly recommended!"

The most important thing to see a home is to see the kitchen. The kitchen I saw when I ordered was very clean. The food is delicious. In addition, we crossed to Wuyue Ancient Road in Ningguo Section. "The actual experience was much better than expected! I originally just wanted to find a place to relax on the weekend, so I looked for a cabin with a bright view to unwind in the mountains. It turned out to be a real gem! The cabin was simple and clean, with a touch of primitive mystery. The most unexpected thing was that it had a wood-burning fireplace. On a snowy day, you could warm yourself by the fire in the cabin and watch the snow fall – it was a unique experience. Plus, the pets were very friendly. The owner had a golden retriever and a cat, both incredibly well-behaved. The coffee was also delicious, and there was even a campfire at night where you could roast marshmallows – absolutely amazing!"

"The best homestay I have stayed recently ～ Because of the staggered peak, I was fortunate to be a guest of vvip. The service was great! The boss sent a check-in message early, etc., and also helped worry about the way I returned to the train station. Bring children to the cage to fish, how happy to be ～ The room conditions and pictures are no different. It belongs to the simple atmosphere style. The bathroom is full of non-slip floors. The toiletries are Aesop's ～ I ate two meals in total. The hot and sour potato shreds for dinner are really amazing. One person finished a plate ～ The next day at noon, the snow-cai fresh vegetables and fresh noodles are the craftsmanship of the proprietress. The children snorted down and didn’t eat enough for a big bowl... It’s so happy to just take a day and one night. The room picture didn’t take care of the photo. I played hahaha."
