This modern hotel located near the metro station and walking distance to the National Mall where most of the tourists go. But the hotel does not provide room cleaning for my whole stay of 4 nights.

This was an overall great stay. I was in town for business meetings and would recommend this hotel for SURE for a short stay. The rooms are predictable (if you have ever stayed at CitizenM anywhere else, then you know exactly what to expect) and comfortable. The wifi is good, the A/C is great, the shower and soap are great. Overall fantastic experience.

Location is perfect when planning to visit the Washington DC highlights. Room is clean but compact, staff is okay.

The National Mall, museums, and Safeway are all within a 7- to 20-minute walk.

Easy to use, very new, but a little small, most suitable for a business trip

The decoration style is very trendy and has personality. It is more suitable for young people. The price-performance ratio is not high.

You can walk to the National Mall. The room is small, exquisite and stylish. All electrical appliances are controlled by iPad. You can apply for room cards by yourself. There are also enthusiastic staff to help. The experience is very good. Compared with ordinary hotels, the only drawback is that there is no coffee machine in the room.
