The hotel is quite new and features smart controls throughout, operated by an iPad, which is perfect for solo travelers. It's less than a ten-minute walk to both the Aerospace Museum and the National Gallery, and the subway station isn't far either. On my last day, I used their luggage storage service, which was really convenient. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that they don't provide bottled water; you have to go down to the bar on the first floor to get water yourself.

Pretty good. There aren't many food options nearby, but it's very close to several main attractions. There's a Starbucks and McDonald's just two blocks away. The room is a bit small, but it's smart-operated. You can get free iced water in the lobby.

The location is convenient, very close to the subway. The room is compact, and there's no tea, coffee, or coffee machine. They even omitted drinking (or brushing teeth) cups, which was a bit inconvenient. After booking, it's worth keeping an eye on the room rates, as they might change.
