Excellent! This is exactly the kind of hotel I love – it really feels like a home away from home. The room is very spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the two sofas are perfect for lounging. It even comes with a coffee machine and coffee beans, which I definitely took advantage of, having several cups. If you need toiletries like toothpaste or slippers, you just ask the front desk. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the metro station, just a short walk away. Plus, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Rooms were spacious, hotel location was great, very near the national mall and easy to get to from the airport. The front desk staff were really helpful but the room service wasn't. For the sofa bed we had to set it up ourselves and even put the bedding on our own. And they didn't even provide it unless we asked for it and they never delivered it to the room (so the guests are expected to carry all the bedding from the ground floor to the room)

Nice location, room with view. The hotel offers breakfast at free of charge. Walking distance to downtown and Capitol Hills.

The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. It's close to the Capitol and the city center.

The room service, food was below average. The staff could be more friendly.  In terms of cleaneness we were told that it is being cleaned not everyday, never seen something like that anywhere.

Good hotel. The location was ideal for us, a walk away from a lot of the tourist attractions. There was a lot of homeless and I wouldnt have liked to have been out late We choose the hotel because of the outdoor pool. We managed to get in it but it is very small (6 people is a squish). Comfy bed. The breakfast was good. There were queues but the signs tell you when the quieter times are - so we were fine. I would stay again

Not much selections with breakfast. Replenishment  of Amenities is non existing. Details to attention room cleaning.

Good location and breakfast was good. Nice rooms with good space. Recommended for family travelers and also for the group travelers. Worth the money what we pay for.

The air conditioner not working and staff wanted to charge us for switching the room
