The room type selected was at premium cost however not really premium value. Service wasn't bad but definitely wasn't world class customer service. Although I requested for extra towel sets before I arrived the hotel had a policy that I need to use the towels then request for new towels. If the housekeepers have gone home for the day they will say they have no access.

Anyone who stays here will regret it. The hygiene is appalling. If you don't want to incur huge medical bills for dermatology treatment later, don't stay here.

I was looking for a hotel with free parking near tourist attractions in Washington, D.C., and I found a parking spot. However, the accommodations were terrible; the toilet and even the room smelled of urine—you can imagine what that was like. Red Roof should be on my blacklist; I'll never stay there again.

The hotel is located on the roadside and easy to spot. We arrived at night and there was someone at the front desk to greet us. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the facilities were old. The air conditioner was too noisy and kept me awake at night.
