Best location close to white house and clean and comfortable Hotel

What happened to me and my friend is unbelievable with this hotel, when I left my bag and my friend's bag with them because we booked to stay back in the same hotel for one night before leaving the United States, we traveled to another state, and when we returned to them!!! I discovered that the bags were opened and valuable items were stolen from them. Unfortunately, the hotel's handling of the incident was completely unprofessional

Carlos and Sardia as well as the other staff were very helpfull and friendly. The staff really stood out in this visit. The hotel is well located and we‘ve had a nice and spaceous room. Thx a lot!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The entire atmosphere was fantastic. The uniqueness of women empowerment stood out. The bathroom sold me on my selection. Did not disappoint!

Checked In: Host talk so fast and told him to slow down as English is my second language and he has a deep accent, he did slow for 2 seconds and all of the sudden back to 10x speed of talking which I don't understand! Breakfast: I dont like the fact that tip is included while the service are terrible, food came out really good but had to ask waters and utensils. So thats that. Cleaning: Asked for extra toiletries like Face tissue,that never happened. Last day of cleaning, I put the tag in the morning and nobody came in then left again 1:30pm and and back in my hotel at 1am from the festival it and of course my room is still dirty so had to call the receptionist just to ask for new towels. Pool was clean,. foods were good.
