The hotel is close to the train station, new, and the rooms are spacious—perfect! Compared to New York City, hotels in Washington, D.C., offer incredible value. The staff, both at the front desk and at the luggage storage area, were friendly and patient! I especially appreciated that while there's a destination fee charged at the front desk, they also provided a small card explaining what's included and where you can spend it.

It's very close to the station. We booked a standard room, which felt very spacious. The front desk staff was very welcoming and attentive, explaining things in detail and patiently. Since our English isn't very good, we used ChatGPT's translation function to communicate with the front desk staff. Everyone was very patient and kind. It was a very pleasant stay, and I've given it a perfect score, which I haven't given in a long time. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Washington, D.C. Thank you to everyone here.

The room was large, new, clean and comfortable. The front desk service was very good and patient. You can check in early. The hotel is very close to Union Station (Union Square), just a 5-minute walk. I had to catch a train in the morning, so I stayed in this hotel for one night. It was very good and very satisfactory.

Very new hotel. The hotel staff are not familiar with the service process. The hotel information on Ctrip is not accurate. Parking is $30 during the day and $68 overnight. How can hotel guests not stay overnight? Breakfast is not all-inclusive. Each person is given a $20 quota. More than that needs to be paid separately. However, after eating breakfast and checking out, breakfast was still charged separately. After some inquiries, the hotel staff did some research and explained that the breakfast bill was not credited until after the checkout, resulting in the breakfast quota for each person not being deducted. This process is really amazing. So far, I don’t know whether the overcharged fees have been refunded. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the National Gallery.

I booked a room with breakfast for two, but only one person was given free breakfast, and the credit card was forced to deduct the breakfast fee for the other person. The hotel management was chaotic and kept arguing and refusing to refund. The experience was terrible!
