At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

We spent 1 week in this lovely hotel and our experience was really positive. It’s located about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We ordered an Uber and the cost was under £10. The hotel is not quite in the centre of Warsaw but everything is close by and the public transport links were excellent. A real revelation was that most of the taxi rides with Free Now were under £3. Great value, especially if you are feeling lazy! Electric scooters are also available outside of the hotel and £1.80 for the day gets you unlimited free unlocks and 60 mins of free riding with Tier. Bolt, Lime and Dott also have scooters with similar offers. Warsaw has many bicycle lanes making cycling and scootering relatively safe. As others have noted, our hotel room was small. However, it comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a 14 year old. The bed in our room was king sized and our 14 year old slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfy. Housekeeping is every three days as standard but can be daily on request. All the staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Things like toothbrushes, sewing kits, sanitary products etc are available free of charge on request. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room. Our room had multiple power points and a few USB charging points. This meant that we didn’t really need to have a European adapter with us. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs can stay in your hotel room for a supplement of 100zl per night. Light sleepers beware! The hotel rooms don’t seem to be sound proofed so you will hear trams, emergency sirens etc from about 5am onwards. This didn’t bother us at all. More of an observation really. Breakfast is included in the room rate and we really enjoyed it. The offering is the same daily but there is a lot of variety. Lots of cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Juices, water and coffees are also readily available. Vegans have a section all for themselves and this includes tofu scrambled eggs. This hotel shares the same building as The Crowne Plaza hotel and you can access the restaurants for the Crowne Plaza. We went to Nova Wola on the first floor. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the environment very classy but it was definitely pricey. There is a bar with terrace on the 21st floor. It gets busy, especially if you want a terrace table, so book in advance.

Hilton Warsaw City should be proud of its outstanding Front Desk Manager (Sylwia Robak), as the world is becoming Digital every day and losing the actual human touch, anything we need or we ask for the answer is to go online, which is only good when it is widely available but when it is not there it fails you, was in a situation & couldn't find a night stay for one of our corporate who happens to be a COO, it was only because of Sylwia Robak who could understand our circumstances and our guest importance to confirm a room which was unlikely we could have got it online. I chose this hotel as it's quite new. So all is in good condition. The bed is very good, not too soft or too hard. It has a very nice view on the City with those huge windows. The tv has chrome casting functionality which is perfect to go for netflix. Breakfast choices are very decent with wide variety of food. Very good quality as well. The downside that I have come across so far is: Restaurant service is poor. I stood in the front waiting for someone to bring to the table for a long time. Then when I was brought to the table, I found the chair being too low while I'm short, so I knew it would not be comfortable. I asked the waiter if there is another chair or table for me. He said it was not possible, while I could see many tables still available. After that, when I wanted to order, there was a lot that was not available from the menu. The presentation of the food was just so-so. I did also have to wait very long for service from the waiter. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted one more card so I could keep it in the slot for the room. I thought that was very good that they asked. But the next day, I noticed that the cleaning staff already took it away from the room. The desk lamp was not working, so I went to report it at the reception. The receptionist asked me if I tried to turn it on, which I felt it was a very silly question. So I told her yes, and I informed her that I checked it was also plugged in. When checking out, I had the same girl whom I went to for the light. I didn't feel very welcome by her. No smile or asking if everything was alright. And after she finished issuing the invoice, she didn't ask if I wanted an envelop for it, so I'd to ask for that.

I was in Warsaw with an organized tour and the travel agency chose this hotel for accommodation. If I was traveling alone, I would never have chosen this hotel. One night here was enough. The tiny room was equipped with only basic, simple furniture. The bathroom was not a classic bathroom but a built-in cell with a metal floor. The shower was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain, so when showering there was water everywhere on the floor. From outside, some equipment (probably ventilation) hummed permanently and quite loudly all night, the bed with a spring mattress was uncomfortable. You could only connect to wifi by entering your email address and agreeing to the sending of advertising messages, so I'd rather not used wifi here. The room reminded me more of a student accommodation than a hotel. The breakfast was not bad, but it was really only basic and the guests had to take the used dishes to the racks (like in fast food). In my opinion, a hotel for a very undemanding traveler who is traveling on a budget.

”Pre-Paid” and was told on arrival that I had to purchase sheets to use my booked bed (not specified on the booking site used), and then upon purchasing such, the receptionist who didn't even check my ID said ”we don't have any pillow cases, is this ok?” - so I had to wrap a sheet around the pillow....though this was the least of the issues. My room had a homeless man in it whose luggage was covered in dirt and he used the shower/sink to wash his clothes until 4am, which he dried with the hairdryer. He also shaved his head with a trimmer....again...between 3-4am with the lights on...ofc. 'Grim' is an understatement... The first chair I sat on upon checking out in the lobby had a wet teabag on it, and I paid £1.46 at the desk for a small bottle of water....in Poland. This place is a depressing and clinical semi-worker and homeless shelter for the most part. I only stayed for 9 hours...and that was enough. The only positives were the room furnishings and the free luggage room, but of course...I wouldn't recommend :(

The location is excellent and convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is very good. In many places, the hotel with this grade has 1000 2000, which is very good. There are five or six convenience stores nearby, very convenient and very close. Carrefour is not the kind of everyone's happiness, Carrefour in Warsaw is a small convenience store, everything. If you are looking for a big supermarket, there are three steps down the golden stairs downstairs. The orange color on the left side of Figure 6 is Carrefour, and the hotel on the right side of the tall building with red letters is the hotel.

It was an excellent experience, from the beginning till the end. Very beautiful room, amazing bed and the smell in the lobby that much perfect that I would wear it as a parfume. We haven’t tried breakfast but our friends are saying that’s it’s amazing. Will come back again and try next time.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!
