It is really very good. The hotel is modern and stylish. The service is warm. Warsaw is still beautiful. The old city is full of historical vicissitudes. The new city is simply a corner of China's metropolis. It has more characteristics and fashionable than other European capitals. I like it. The food is not to say, Polish food is the best in European food, and Chinese food is very cost-effective and tastes great. Will come again

We really couldn't find a more satisfying place than it. Big, clean, comfortable and good location. Walk to Warsaw Uprising Museum and the city center for about 30 minutes.

At beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed. In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.

Hilton Warsaw City should be proud of its outstanding Front Desk Manager (Sylwia Robak), as the world is becoming Digital every day and losing the actual human touch, anything we need or we ask for the answer is to go online, which is only good when it is widely available but when it is not there it fails you, was in a situation & couldn't find a night stay for one of our corporate who happens to be a COO, it was only because of Sylwia Robak who could understand our circumstances and our guest importance to confirm a room which was unlikely we could have got it online. We stayed for a long weekend (3 nights) at Ibis Warszawa Centrum. The checkin was very efficient and the staff were helpful. Room was comfortable and all facilities were clean and in working order. At checkout, the staff were also very helpful and stored our bags for a few hours without charge. Overall, a very good stay and I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an apartment building, 24-hour front desk service, excellent service attitude, because this time booked 7 nights, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room for us, the room has a small bedroom, a living room (including kitchen), the bathroom is also large, and there is a small balcony, The kitchenware is new IKEA. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station, but it is a bit confusing to go through the underground passage for the first time. It is very convenient to master the direction. There are many parking spaces on the roadside at the hotel entrance, and it is free at night and weekends. The elevator in the building is on the half floor, so it is a bit inconvenient to have more luggage. It was almost early in the morning when we checked in. The front desk guy was very enthusiastic and helped us run up and down with our luggage.
