Nice trip with wonderful experience

The hotel was acceptable, but it didn’t feel like it lived up to its 4-star rating. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Warszawa Centralna station, and the room was clean with functioning air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower. However, the interior is quite dated, and the cushion pillow was noticeably dusty, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category. The street outside is also heavily dug up due to ongoing city construction, making the surroundings less appealing. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but I expected a higher standard from a 4-star hotel.

Overall a very pleasant hotel – great breakfasts and exceptionally helpful staff who, without any fuss, proactively offered to change my room when I reported an issue. A big plus. However, I need to flag one significant drawback: the air conditioning. In the first room, the control panel was completely non-functional – no way to adjust the temperature whatsoever. After switching rooms, the panel worked, but it turned out the AC runs on a central system. The only available control was the fan speed, while the temperature was locked at a fixed 24°C – far too warm for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Not really friendly staff at the reception. Housekeeping knocking doors at 9 am, and check in is at 12 … completely nonsense

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional. The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day. The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious. The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! 🌟

Excellent stay at Leonardo Royal in Warsaw..Spacious, modern and superclean room. Great location in the heart of Warsaw. Breakfast very good...would stay again when in Warsaw...strongly recommended.

The hotel feels dated, it needs a renovation soon. The rooms look like they have been updated like 15 years ago. The biggest problem in the room is the weired positioning of the electric sockets. I have booked a triple room and there was no sockets next to the beds.

Very clean, the superior rooms are great, location good near enough center to walk to it with alots of entertainment and good food around the hotel.
