This hotel's service was above my expectation. When room was ready (I arrived at noon), the reception did not claim for any policy to procrastinate my check-in process. Breakfast was great. However, it'd be even better if they can provide more variety of fruits. Nevertheless by overall, this hotel is totally value of money.

Amazing hotel close to the train station and bus station with beautiful view of the city. The staff are great and very friendly!

A clean and comfortable stay. Opposite the Christmas market. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice downstairs social area.

I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent.

It is a mere 5-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna), making arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Furthermore, the hotel serves as a great starting point for sightseeing; it is a very pleasant stroll away from the Zygmunt’s Column, the Presidential Palace, and the Royal Castle. The Room I stayed in an Executive Room, which was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean. The room offered wonderful views of the city, providing a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. Amenities & Service Breakfast: The morning spread was comprehensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station, and directly opposite the Palace of Culture and Science. The reception staff were very nice. The room wasn't huge, but had all the basic amenities. The downside is that all rooms face the street, and there's a tram outside. The windows are very poorly soundproofed, so it's quite noisy. The hotel seems aware of this, as they provide earplugs, but they don't help much. Also, the shower water constantly fluctuates in temperature, going from lukewarm to scalding hot. A major plus is the water dispenser conveniently located next to the elevator.

Hotel is clean . Location is great. Delicious breakfasts. There was a refill of water for free. I leafy my luggage in the storage before check in and could discover the down town of Warsaw. Definitely i will stay again

Excellent location. Wide selection at breakfast. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The only downside was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower (it spontaneously turns hot). The staff were very friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay. The service and cleanliness were perfect. The only slightly negative aspect was that the view from the room is badly obscured by a massive advertisement over the side of the building, which creates a pink screen effect that is quite unpleasant.
