Good hotel. Good service, the staff was really nice. However, I was expecting more for the price. It really needs renewal. The carpets and bedtops are quite old, furniture shows signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was good but not awesome. The gym needs proper maintenance. The beds are of the soft type. Still, everything worked properly

Great service, food and spa facilities (although sadly jacuzzi wasn’t working). Would 100% stay again!

Although it states 5-star, some floors of the hotel are actually 4-star standard. I booked specifically for a 5-star experience, but ended up on a 4-star floor, which I find unacceptable. The room is quite spacious, and the facilities are good apart from being a bit old. However, the lighting in the room is incredibly dim; there's no bright overhead light. Breakfast was quite rich. I particularly liked that the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub.

The breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM? It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

Awesome value for a 5 star hotel. Luxurious as hell for a pretty much peanuts. The staff were kind and helpful. Pretty much got only good things to say about this place.

This hotel has a great customer service and wonderful breakfast! We repeat visiting. I lowered the facilitiies point because the steam sauna was broken unfortunately, so is the bubble bath. But their hospitality is wonderful.

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

Most electrical sockets out of order. Staff not very friendly. Not fulfilling people’s expectations of the brand.
