The room was decent, but I especially loved the lobby restaurant on the first floor. The staff there were incredibly nice, and the food I had was absolutely delicious. The drinks were also excellent. The service was really thoughtful and attentive.

1. Check-in The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They didn't check my passport when I left my luggage, which made me wonder if they'd hold bags even for non-guests. (Just kidding, maybe!) 2. Location Getting here by train is a bit inconvenient. There are only about two trains per hour to and from the airport, and it's a 12-13 minute walk from the nearest station to the hotel. The city center is also about a 10-minute walk away. I didn't use it, but there was a bus stop nearby, so bus travel might be more convenient. 3. Room The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Soundproofing wasn't an issue. The Wi-Fi might be a bit weak, though. 4. Bathroom Both cleanliness and water pressure were excellent. There's a bathtub, so you can draw a bath and relax. Amenities included shampoo, body gel, and cream. I couldn't find a toothbrush, razor, or hairdryer in the room. (They might be available if you ask?) 5. Facilities & Services The gym was amazing! They had dumbbells up to 26kg, and plates including four 20kg plates and two 10kg plates. There were also machines for legs, chest, and back. It's quite rare to find a hotel gym with such a good selection of heavy weights. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with an egg station and salmon, so it was easy to get enough protein. There was also a wide variety of fruits and desserts. 6. Staff The staff were consistently kind and smiled throughout my stay. The service at the breakfast venue was also very attentive. 7. Value for Money The location, which essentially requires using Uber or walking, is a slight downside. However, even taking that into account, the breakfast, gym, and room satisfaction were so high that I'd definitely want to stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, with multiple bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. It's easy to get to any attraction, saving time and reducing travel stress. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete and well-maintained facilities, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is rich and of high quality, offering everything from Western and Chinese dishes to various beverages, catering to diverse guest needs. However, there's room for improvement in the hotel's service details. During my stay, after housekeeping, the slippers were not replenished promptly. I contacted the front desk multiple times to request them, but waited over half an hour without receiving them. For a five-star hotel, this response time and service efficiency fall short of the expected standards.

The hotel service was good, and the room was large and clean. However, the breakfast selection was a bit disappointing. But the location is absolutely perfect! Right behind the hotel is a luxury shopping street, and not far away is a street full of bars. It's a 2.2 km walk to Warsaw Old Town, and you can enjoy various architecture along the way. If you don't feel like walking, a taxi to the attractions is cheap and affordable.

The room was very clean and hygienic. Communication in English was excellent. The room was warm all day, and its central location made transportation very convenient, with everything close by. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel breakfast was quite good, and they even have a free sauna located opposite the gym. I stayed for over ten days straight, but the parking was a bit pricey at 120 PLN per day. While parking is free on weekends in Poland, and usually paid on weekdays, it's generally based on an honor system.

I really liked the large gym. The hotel is relatively new, the environment is clean, and the facilities and services are all excellent. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it was perfectly satisfying for me.

Great location, within walking distance of the U.S. Embassy and easy access to nearby attractions. The parking availability makes the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, and there's a grocery store right across the street, so you'll never go hungry.

My experience at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw exceeded all expectations! It's in a fantastic, central location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was top-notch. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the staff were warm and professional. It's the perfect choice for both business and leisure; I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Warsaw!

The hotel services are excellent especially the club floor. They offer free dinner from 6-8 pm every night.

Unfortunately, there's construction outside the window. We booked two rooms at the same time, and despite our request for them to be close to each other, we were given rooms at two distant ends of the hotel. The spa area is in dire need of a complete renovation; its current state is truly shameful.

The hotel's location is excellent; head north from here and you're on a classic Old Town route. The room facilities are also quite good and functional.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. We booked with breakfast included, which was plentiful with a great variety of options, and the restaurant service was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied. However, three weeks after check-out, the pre-authorized deposit on my credit card still hasn't been released. Also, some of the male front desk staff have poor English skills and are unprofessional. Even though the room fee was already paid through Ctrip when I booked, they still tried to charge the room fee from my pre-authorized credit card during check-out.
