Fantastic-Inn Warszawa - CH30

This is the best hotel for its price! The location is excellent, with all the shops, malls, and main attractions nearby. It's clean and cozy, though once there was no hot water, but I think that was just a temporary issue 😁

It's understandable that the facilities are shared, but the walls are very thin. The location is excellent, right in the city center with many shops around the hotel.

So I arrived at the hotel and received a message with further instructions. I went in, got the keys from the safe, opened the room, and there... it was a complete mess, trash everywhere, nothing had been cleaned 🤬. I started calling and messaging the hotel support, but no one answered. The only ones who responded were Trip.com. They said they would contact the hotel, but they couldn't get through either. In the end, I had nowhere else to go, so I decided to stay. I was lying there, sleeping, when suddenly someone started banging on the door in the middle of the night. In my sleep, I didn't understand what was happening and kept sleeping, but after a while, the door opened, and someone came in and turned on the light. It turned out to be the hotel administrator who just 'showed up.' They started questioning how I ended up there. We figured out that the hotel had sent me the wrong information, which is why I ended up in an uncleaned room. Honestly, I didn't leave with a good impression. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. It seems no one intends to make amends.

I'm not sure if this hotel is short on pillows, as they use a huge sofa cushion as a pillow. Also, I couldn't find the front desk. When I arrived on the first day, I couldn't get in at all. My calls went unanswered for over an hour until someone finally came out. I asked around and happened to meet the owner's mother. This kind old lady and her daughter (the owner) talked for a long time, and after she looked at all my booking information, a man came out and gave me the room key and the entry code. Only then was I able to get in. It was a really strange experience.
