Warsaw Story - LoftAffair Collection

Very good location, nice atmosphere, selected a bigger room with street view, good heat inside, a little bit noise from road. Stayed for 2 nights. I didn't like the decorative fluorescent lamps hanging; safety issue if broken (mercury). Internet a little bit unconfigured. Administrator responded but not quite helpful.

The door didn't lock properly on the first night. Only after an explanation that you have to forcefully push on the lock to hear the click was I able to lock it. But I lost the first night of the stay because of that.

Location is central which is convenient but first thing to note is that this hotel does not have a reception and operates remotely with key codes. Which would be fine but isn’t ideal when you have issues! When we first arrived the room we were given was filthy, with a broken TV, urine soaked tissues in the shower and dirty towels. After my husband phoned we were given another room. This room was equally filthy, the air con unit was broken so we could not put air con or heating on the whole time we were there. There was no light in the fitting, the TV remote did not work, the shower was dangerous and coming off the wall and the towel rail was fully broken off the wall. We complained again and were told via WhatsApp that there were no more rooms but they would send a cleaner and a repairman. We came back and the bed was made but the room was still dirty on the floor and walls, and nothing fixed (air con, tv, shower, light etc). We would recommend avoiding this hotel. Rooms are small, filthy and not maintained. There are better hotels at comparable prices in the city

We stayed at Warsaw Story loftAffair for a short city break. The best thing about the apartment is definitely the location — it’s super central, close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The design of the place is also a big plus. It has a modern, stylish look that gives a nice atmosphere. The rooms weren’t very spacious, but they were enough for a few days. Same goes for the equipment — it wasn’t anything special, but it met our basic needs. What could definitely be improved is the cleanliness. The bedrooms and the floor could have been cleaner — it felt like the cleaning wasn’t done very thoroughly, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you care about location and style, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to the details.

The AC wasn’t functioning under a temperature of over 30 degrees and the sun shines directly into my room which made it even hotter

I really liked the area where this hotel was located. There are a lot of delicious restaurants nearby and historic landmarks in the vicinity. What I didn't know was that this hotel was like an apartment complex without any front desk or lobby. The room was much smaller than advertised online. When I opened the hotel room door, it hit the bed. There was no place to put my luggage and when I opened the cabinet door, the door knob fell off. We placed several calls to order breakfast, which was confirmed by phone. However, when we went to the restaurant, they had no record of our confirmation. The manager basically hovered over our table until we left, since he couldn't confirm our reservation. There was very little variety of food for breakfast (coffee, tea and a few pastries), and it cost $23. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect if not for better soundproofing Amazing central location with great public transport links on the doorstep. Comfortable bed, great to have a sofa to chill out on. Room was clean and decked out to a high standard. Fantastic bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint was not the best soundproofing and kept awake by the amorous couple next door two nights in a row. If soundproofing could be improved it’d be perfect.
