This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

First time staying in this lovely hotel. It’s perfect location for those who travel for business or has a long transfer as it’s within 5 min. taxi drive from Chopin Airport. My room was super nice and clean. The best part was a comfortable bed, I really had a great and much needed good night sleep after multiple flights. Staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely recommending this hotel!

Location is 10 km from center of Warsaw, so if you want to go downtown by foot, forget it. You wont be able to see anything from Warsaw, unless you use a taxi. We came by car, and whwn we asked for ticket for parking garage, receptionist told us that we must go to reception each time we want to go out with our car. So, if we have to go 5 times to the town, we will need to ask each time a new ticket for parking. If you think that this is because they have a guard in the garage, some extra security devices or similar. Forget it. They just have a comon cameras which I dont beleive that work at all. So if you have an expencive car, you left it on your responsibility. When we enter into a room, dissapointment was complete. Card for entering a room is the same card you have to use for the electricity, meaning that when you left a room, refrigirater will be swich off, your mobile will stop charging the batery, etc. Beside that, there is only one place to switch on the lap top, or camera, or similar device. When you search room for business travel, this is more than insuficient. Plug in beside the bed are so low that you have to put mobile on the floor in order to charge it. Carpets are dirty and with stains. There are also stains on both armchairs. Tea set is settled in the darked corner of the room, so that you cant se what are you doing. Light switches are mixed up, so when you are laying in bed you must stand up from bed to switch off the light, which make the bed lamps useless. There is no bathrobe, there is no slippers, there is no soap, or shampoo (just gel for showerbath). Space in the shower cabin is without plastic or rubber protection on the floor, so you can break you legs, because the floor is enormously slippy. Air condition in the room is not adjustable, so, either you will freeze, or you will be boiled. This hotel must be ranked with 2 stars at most.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. The hotel is extremely convenient, located right by the departure gate of the Chopin airport in Warsaw. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable. The king room has a very convenient space distribution and is equipped with a great selection on the TV, you can play Netflix and YouTube as well as other tv stations. The breakfast buffet has a great selection and quality. However, the room does not have toothpaste or toothbrushes, nor hairbrush. So just be aware and prepared. The foot rest was stained a bit and there were some blond hairs on the chair. The front desk is kind and helpful.

I organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully. They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.

Communion 2020 at Hotel LORD. Food OK, room decor OK. However, despite the previous setting with the hotel manager, the menu was given a cheaper salad from the set, although the menu was bought more expensive. In addition, the party handler gave the children the wrong soup that was set before (only after paying attention the rest of the children brought the right soup). In the middle of the reception the handler approached the guests without a mask!!!! After the party was finished, a parking lot was counted different than the amount it was fixed for cars (I tried to explain it in the reception but you said you didn't know what time the cars arrived, Although the parking ticket is charged at the entrance, I cannot count as much as the parking rate was fixed in the reception agreement (I will add that the parking rate was daily rather than hourly .....) Another minus - for alcohol fees. With you the event manager, the amounts for the alcohol received were fixed, and the manager also started to count bottles of wine without alcohol (which I had previously fixed with you the manager as free of charge) And when I pointed to the manager, he said that your manager is not aware of this and should not be so determined. I, as a customer, should not care about the internal clashes of the hotel staff, it does not look professional. In conclusion - more minus than pluses. In my plans I was going to have another family party in this hotel but after the communal reception I find that there were too many derogations from the arrangements and attempts to draw me on extra costs: (It was a pity because I expected more after the 4-star hotel, at least after the service (except the cook who got a medal).

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. The parking fee was doubled, but after the mention the amount was returned, but I didn't hear a word sorry, or even a gram of confusion that the service pages. It is clean, affordable and a good location, but it is definitely not enough to consider the hotel a good one.
