Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Hotel was very clean. Room very comfortable. Comfortable king bed. Very nice fitness room. Shower was GREAT and tea tree products in shower excellent. Breakfast buffet selection was wonderful. Coffee great. Very grateful for a nice breakfast selection. Overall, a very nice stay.

The owner is very nice and very much a people's person I love waking up in morning n seeing the deer at the end of the hotel they have picnic tables n grills rooms r very clean n nice. Water is always hot for baths n location is in the middle of everywhere

I was pleasantly surprised that this newer hotel was clean and comfortable. As with most hotels today, you have to request housekeeping service and clean towels. There is no coffee maker in the room but there is always good coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was fine. Small selection, but there was protein and fruit available as well as pancakes, breads, etc. Front desk people were very friendly. My only complaints are that the pillows were huge, heavy, and not comfortable so I went to Kohl’s and bought one…….the room doors are up to fire code specs and were so heavy and hard to open with no power assist. (I’m in my mid 70’s.) I would stay here again.

Stayed one night in a room with my sister and B-I-L in the next room. Everything was fine with the following exceptions that I would expect at a hotel of this caliber: No bacon with breakfast (I had eggs, sausage, and juice. Maybe the bacon was out temporarily, just don't know), pillows were very unsupportive - as soon as I put my head on it, it squashed down to about an inch thick. 4 pillows on the bed, all the same. No paper/pen in the room. A lot of us want to write down stuff, write lists, etc. Lastly, the door wouldn't latch properly, and I was unable to lock the door when I left. When inside, I could deadbolt the door and use the 'doorblock. If I left the room, I had to drag my bags down with me to the car (Car was more secure than the room. Yes! Many of my complaints are very minor and picky!! And nothing was a dealbreaker. BUT.... all of them together indicate a lack of attention to detail. I gave 4 stars because OVERALL, the stay was pretty good. I've left a lot of complaints here, but it was still OK, just not exceptional, and the things that made it not exceptional would be so easy to resolve.
