2 room apt is very large that 4 adults can easily have their own space. most of equipments are in there, including even dry machine and dishwasher. spacious balcony is also one of the nicest in the apt. only one thing to caution for the customer is making reservation for hot spa in advance of arrival, it is fully booked in most of evening.

The room is equipped with a microwave. No other facilities. Warmer. Electric blanket. Parking is free. The old lady in the reception room is very warm. Tell us how the whale watching platform is going. Although I don’t see the whale, the scenery is beautiful. I saw the dolphins. Not far from the big supermarket, pizza is very convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, the front desk is very friendly and introduces the nearby restaurants in detail. The hotel does not have breakfast, but there are tableware. You can buy food in the nearby supermarket to make some simple meals.

Pros: Plenty of toilet paper provided Walking distance to everything Netflix Free wifi Fairly reasonable price for what you get Receptionist lady was very nice Cons: Bathroom floor wasn’t very clean - hair everywhere and shower wasn’t very clean Sheets were slightly soiled No kitchenette space - only microwave and toaster ALOT of road noise - could hear everything/everyone driving/walking past so if your a light sleeper then it’s difficult to sleep It was windy on one of the nights we stayed and the front door and door to the balcony kept banging all night Air conditioner was very loud We got late checkout which was at 11am but when it was 10:15am we were kicked out by a rude cleaner who said checkout was at 10am even though our receipt said 11am Beds were pretty firm Overall, fairly satisfied with our stay. I would recommend to stay here if you are staying for 2-3 nights. Reasonable price for what you get.

These are very nice, clean & tidy apartments. They're in an easy to access spot that's close to Main Street, food and attractions. They are on two floors, so not suitable if disabled, okay if you can manage stairs but hand rail doesn't go full length of stairs. Bedroom is quite roomy and downstairs a bit tight but okay for short stay.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Mitchell was friendly & well presented. The modern style to the Family Suites was a welcoming entrance on arrival, with such a spacious king size room. Great to have a separate room for kids. The extra large shower was divine, good pressure (best ever for a motel), plenty of supply of shampoo, body wash, soap and flannels and the towels were so fluffy. The room was immaculately clean and had all amenities as listed. Parking was available on a first in first serve basis, but one for every room. Overall, a great little gem!

Never again. A large bag of gifts and souvernirs collected over the prior week on an extended group road trip disappeared from the locked room while we were out sightseeing. Absolutely no empathy or cooperation from management when we reported the loss. We asked if we could check the trash skip to see if housekeeping had inadvertently thrown it out but were not allowed to. Weren't allowed to talk to or even know who had entered the room in our absence. We were promised a phone call update after we had left to drive on but nothing until we called the hotel only to again get a less than welcoming response. We advised we were going to submit a police report which we did do. Their response was along the lines ”that's your business”. I've never had such a callous, disinterested and uncooperative attitude from a hotel or motel in years of domestic and international travel.

If you have time to stay one night, wander around warrnambool, a beautiful place. The hotel is generally good, there are a variety of room types to choose from, facilities are also very complete (except slippers and toothbrush toothpaste need to bring their own), the scenery is also very good, but the sound is not good, feeling a bit noisy near the road.

Great location to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, they provide bar fridge,kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, glasses. Free onsight parking and wifi. We highly recommend this motel and will stay again.The upper floor is accessible by stairs only, if you have to carry a heavy bag or have mobility issues I'd recommend staying on the main level
