Fantastic location, wonderful staff, wilderness at breakfast and dinner, excellent food and the lodge is superb and relaxing. I didn't want to leave! Minor issue when the generators change over at about 3-4 am. Rooms can get a bit stuffy - you need to wake up and start the AC again. Even with this small inconvenience, it was worth it and we will be back.

We were welcomed by lovely happy staff. Initially we planned the trip as a birthday gift to ourselves and to destress from busy city life and work. Serenity is a what we have experienced from day 1. We love the fact that they have few rooms which make it very intimate. One of the place we will not mind going back again.

Magical experience had with the most amazing staff at Itaga! So warm and welcoming. Definitely the best place to relax and enjoy nature and the wilderness. Game drive was amazing as we watched the sunset

Everything was great the stay, the staff. special heads off to Joseph who served us with smile all the time. The food was also out of this world. I give 150/100 to your chefs they know what they are doing. The place looks clean and very cozy. Its a great place to rekindle the love for the couples. If i had an opportunity i would definitely come back again. Your Hospitality is amazing KEEP IT UP!!!

We were truly spoilt with warm, friendly service. A gem of a place to get away from the city and be with nature. Loved the outside shower, game drives and sundowners whilst watching the Nyala at the watering hole.

On the 25th of March we planned a random getaway as we are emigrating abroad and we booked a 2 night stay for 2 adults and my 4 year old toddler we drove more than 250km to get to our destination in rain and when we got closer to the place we had to travel by dirt road for another 20km. We get to the place just after 6pm when we arrived the gentleman tells us that our kid is not allowed that very same afternoon a lady from the lodge had called to confirm what time we will be arriving she never mentioned anything about kids not being allowed then when we get there the gentleman says only 10 year Olds and over are allowed if I check on the booking website they ask to indicate how many adults and kids and obviously age as well. The guy was not even empathetic that it was so late even though we had paid upfront for the accommodation he said try another resort near by maybe they can assist not sure if other guests have experienced this I found it strange. All we wanted was to enjoy our last few days in our motherland. We had to get back on the road and drive home. Please check when booking if they will allow your kids!!! Maybe they should advertise that kids under a certain age group are not allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Itaga The people at Itaga are great, they make every effort to care for visitors Good variety of food (we overate) The Lodge is in an ideal setting, with game wandering around the area On our Game Drives we saw, Elephant, Rhino, Hippos, Giraffe, Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Bush babies, Bush chickens' Jackals, Zebra, Tsetsebe, Warthog, Waterbuck, Ostrich, Wlldebeest and so many birds Highly recommended Thank you to all at Itaga

Simon and Alex were fantastic hosts, the food was amazing. If offered prawns as a, starter choose them, They were Devine. Every detail was takes to make us comfortable. From moving our table to next to the fire on a very cold winter's night. To blankets for our legs at breakfast... Keep you eye out for the warthogs and nyala around camp

We really enjoyed being in Itaga and had three wonderful days. The lodge and the team were great. Delicious food, beautiful rooms and a great ambience. THANK YOU!!! We will be happy to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit to Africa.
