一句話！！！大家不要來
設施：一進屋一股怪味好像什麼爛掉了，小飛蟲很多，床上還有上一位客人的毛髮，淋浴頭是壞掉的，要不沒有熱水要不就很燙，最牛🐮的是連吹風機都沒有一個酒店共用一個吹風機，連馬桶都沒有
衞生：很差根本就不打擾吧
環境：沒有環境可言
服務：前台服務非常差勁，打電話沒説幾句就要掛説是很忙讓我們等待一等一個小時，而且為什麼要招老年工，這個歲數已經該退休了。

不能提前退房，問原因就是不説，態度很差還讓我理解她，説節假日漲房費了提前訂的房都不能退。
原話：“不能退房，你自己看房價漲了多少，漲這麼多我還退你房費那我生意還做不做了？你理解一下，我很忙的。”（然後掛電話拉黑）
真的好笑死了，攜程平台都顯示訂的時候是多少，退的時候還是多少，難道我提前退房還能讓你多退錢嗎？你讓我理解你，請問我怎麼理解？理解你態度那麼差還是理解你賺錢不易？那我問你誰賺錢容易？
你是商家我是顧客，我好聲好氣問你原因，而你的態度就像我住你地方沒交錢似的。打電話剛問一句能不能退房，店家馬上就張嘴把我説一頓，説完就掛電話順帶拉黑，挺牛的。
本來不退也就不退，問一下沒有結果就算了，結果是態度那麼差把顧客訓一頓還讓理解你，嘖嘖嘖。

房間衞生很差，上一個顧客的垃圾都沒有清理，床上用品很陳舊、感覺也不太乾淨，床也是壞的，嘰嘰咕咕的響，隔音也很差，樓道上走路、説話聲音特別吵。
特別吐槽的是：這麼大一個賓館，居然衹有一個共用電吹風，用完了就馬上放前台了，結果晚上快12點來敲門找電吹風、估計把大部分人都吵醒了……
