Comfort Inn & Suites Walterboro I-95

All was well except no wifi- their guest wifi said it was connected on 4 different devices but did not actually work on any of them- either in the room or public space!

The hotel is located just off 95 but is accessed through a bumpy gravelly access road with unattractive uncut brush. It does not present a good first opinion.

The stay was amazing. Great service & good area. The only thing I would suggest is getting to breakfast early. We showed up at about 30 min before it ended and so did everyone else; they were a little overwhelmed. However, they did everything they could to ensure everyone was serviced well.

When i checked in the woman at the front desk was unprofessional and rude, i informed her that i booked a king room, she said we our out of king rooms all we have is queen rooms and said what do you want to do?? I took the room key, when i went to the room it had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and the bathroom had towels on the floor. I went back and let her know the room wasn’t cleaned yet and she gave me a key to another room. When i entered the room and looked around i saw that the tub was not cleaned, i called the front desk to ask them to send housekeeping up to clean the tub what i got was the same women from the front desk with nothing in her hands do clean. She proceeded to use shampoo to wipe out the tub and left, the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing! I was very uncomfortable in the room because of the issues i already experienced and did not sleep well, i ended up leaving at 4:30 am. I am very disappointed that ******* Group would even recommend a hotel like this on their site! Needless to say I will not be staying at this hotel again nor will i use ******* to book any future travel !!

Overall, looking much cheaper - we stayed at Hilton Place nigh before for cheaper price and it was much better overall - cleaner, better breakfast and more convenient rooms

all good. location works well for our trip to Florida. right off I-95. one fact to know--when looking for basic TV channels many were not available on primary channels but could be found on streaming channels---maybe no cable but had streaming? Anyway --this fact should be told to visitors.

Sign in lobby says not responsible for any car or things left in the car parking lot. Made us leery about staying there but we parked in front of our room and all was good. Long hallways. You will get your steps in for walking! Staff was friendly. Our toilet was plugged. Breakfast ok. No bananas. Lots of apples. Cleaning staff was eating breakfast too. Bed was comfortable. Small counter space in bathroom.

Very clean. Good breakfast -free We were very pleased with our stay. Will go back again.

Great place after traveling for 14 hours! Very clean and bed was super comfortable. What more can you ask for?
