There was hardly any toilet paper , very few tea and Coffee and no glass for water and even 2 cup wear not same. It’s looks like no one care at all why’s going on.

Was given a bath in bathroom as requested and room was nice and clean made up!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff every polite and helpful, The room was very clean and tidy, if a little small. Unfortunately the bed was quite uncomfortable and left me with a persistent back ache the following day

Hotel was good pretty standard for the price breakfast wasnt replenished so when I got there it was empty

Booked a room with one double bed, was a really good room, clean all around and completely satisfactory especially for the price 👌. Only minor issue I had was a slight high pitched noise coming from the radiator but soon managed to ignore it. Would definitely reccomed staying at this hotel. Quick & easy service

We stayed at this hotel for one night, the location was perfect for us as it was off the M1 and near family. However the hotel does not have AC, upon complaining ,we were told they provided fans although we did not receive any and there were no spare ones to offer us, and it was very hot in the room. On the other hand the shower was not high enough, if you are taller or exactly 6,ft (as I am) you will have to bend your knees to reach the water , and The toilet would not flush .

Hotel was ok, nothing special. Starting to look a bit tired and in need of a god refurbish. Handy location on the M1. Reasonable value for money.

Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra

Absolutely filthy won’t be seeing me a gain

Room simple and not as quite to the standard. Room acoustic not great you can feel floor squeezing sound when upstairs moving

Bedsheets had stains on and toilet wasn’t clean at all
