Lakeside Inn

very basic hotel with an entry level breakfast. Actually you could easily skip it. Isn't worth the waiting if you get into a busy time. You can slightly open the windows in the room. Unfortunately. Really, just a bit. Internet connection is also a concern. You get kicked out and it can take quite some time to reconnect.

Love this place. The service is great and they have done a good job of updating the building. I have never been disappointed with the food either, though the menu is limited. Looking forward to outside dining once the weather warms up. I will continue to return when I'm in the area.

I stayed for one night and arrived late, but the hotel kindly allowed me a one-hour late check-out, which I really appreciated. The property has a slightly dated, motel-style feel but offers good value for the price. It’s on the older side, yet overall clean and comfortable. I would recommend it as a practical choice for short stays.

Lastly, if you are booking somewhere with a free breakfast because you are looking forward to it, this is not your place. They offered watered down sunny D, water, one type of muffin, bread, cereal, potatoes, gritty watery scrambled eggs, and some kind of “French toast casserole”. Not a yogurt or a meat choice in sight, with a big sign asking you not to bring breakfast to your room. That may be common- but in my opinion I should be allowed to bring back my children or mother a meal if they don’t want to come to the dining room, and if we are responsible enough to order takeout to our room then we must be responsible enough to have a light breakfast as well. For the price point, unappetizing breakfast, and the insect activity; I will next time choose a more franchised option. Sunrise from the room on the lake was a beauty though!

Very good and clean hotel

I really love the location of this hotel it's right near the highway. Down the street is 2 food stores and a Dunkin Donuts as well as a Home Depot. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I booked this hotel for a second time right after my first stay and they were super accommodating to my husband and I's needs. Very budget friendly. I definitely recommend this inn for your stay
