The location of the hotel is very good. It’s just a few mins walk to the entrance of Petra. You may find the stores and restaurants nearby. The chef is so friendly. He prepared breakfast to us when we came down every morning. The breakfast has little difference every day and the chef was so nice to introduced the food to us.

Room air conditioning is turned off at night by staff regardless of room temperature. Sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Excellent stay The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is great and the hotel is just 4-5 min walking distance to Petra visitor centre. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place. Excellent customer service from staff at hotel. Greeted on arrival and they provided much hospitality and friendly advice for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and location was convenient and facilities modern and wonderful.
