It was our 2nd time in Citrus Waskaduwa. It was over whelming welcome from the time you entered the hotel.good room service.nice & clean large pool. Food was amazing as usual.nice spacious room with all the facilities.even the beach area is maintaining from the hotel & its clean and nice.we loved staying in there.

We recently stayed at Citrus Waskaduwa and had a wonderful experience! The beachfront location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, with beautiful ocean views and easy beach access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the buffet – plenty of tasty options! The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. A great place for a peaceful escape by the sea!

I had a wonderful experience at Citrus Waskadu. The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool added a refreshing touch to the stay, perfect for relaxation. However, the bar area can get quite lively, especially when there's a DJ. If you're looking for a quieter evening, it might be wise to request a room further from the noise. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small note for those preferring a more tranquil night.

Big room, good food

I had a relaxing birthday stay at Citrus Waskaduwa, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and polite, and the welcome process was smooth and efficient. We were guided to our room, and the birthday decoration arranged in the room was a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, a complimentary birthday cake was delivered, which made the celebration feel even more special. The food was excellent throughout our stay. My personal favorites were the room service mashed potatoes, buffalo wings with BBQ sauce, and the egg fried rice. The menu clearly displayed net prices, which I found reasonable and good value for money. The view was also spectacular and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. I was not feeling well during part of the visit, and when I inquired about an extra payment for late checkout, the staff were understanding and kindly allowed us to stay a little longer. I appreciated their empathy and flexibility. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The amenities were not placed in the room upon arrival, although they were promptly provided after I requested them. The pool area also needs renovation, as I noticed broken tiles. At one point, a child in room 310 was injured and began bleeding, and I would like to acknowledge the lifeguards for responding quickly and providing first aid. In addition, the corridor tends to flood during rain, which may pose a safety risk for children, elderly guests, and pregnant women. Adding bamboo mats or a similar solution could help improve safety. Overall, I would recommend Citrus Waskaduwa and rate it [9.5/10]. With a few small improvements, this property has the potential to become even better.

Very good. Sorrunding is very good. Food is ok. Nice stay. We like to come again. Not too expensive. Beach also nice.had a pool experience.

We had a beautiful stay at Citrus Waskaduwa. Me and my husband decided to choose the hotel and it was one of the best decisions made. Rooms were so clean and witnessed modern facilities. We had a scenic sea view room and we never got bored by looking at the fascinating views. The hospitality were amazing. And also the variety of foods were delicious too.

My second visit to this wonderful hotel the location is perfect you can hear the waves crashing from your room the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble the rooms are spacious and clean whilst there don’t forget to book trips with the guys on the beach they live local will give you the best experience and are very reasonable with prices our guide was Chandana he was amazing he took us to local places to eat and shops and ensured we didn’t pay “tourist prices”

Great hospitality and calm environment. Room is so comfortable and functioning well. Foods are so delicious and everything is good.
