Our stay was extremely disappointing. The sheets were unbelievably thin—more like a dinner napkin than actual bedding—which made the experience feel cheap and uncomfortable. On top of that, the beds were rock hard and miserable to sleep on. We barely got any rest during our stay. Overall, the lack of basic comfort made this a place we would not choose again.

It’s a nice place to stay. Basically next to the Magnolia shops. A short walk to the Dr pepper museum. I did take a beer bath spa. You can’t dim the lights during spa and make sure you bolt the door so no one walks in on you.

Lovely hotel and the parking is a breeze. Kaylyn and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room and bathroom were a nice size and decorated nicely. We stayed on 2nd floor next to train tracks and yes there are a few trains at night. Went right back k to sleep. The restaurant/beer garden was nice and decorated for the upcoming holiday. Our bartender Adrain was timely and pleasant. We will return again and again.

Very noisy overnight from air conditioning. The noise pulsated through the room and in the bathroom was even worse. Our room then had a leak from inside the wall and the new room was slightly less noisy. Very close to rail line so if yo sleep lightly, I would suggest another room.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is very nice. The room was clean and a very fun atmosphere. There was a lot to walk to near the hotel. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars, the bar and restaurant are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Our stay was Tuesday into a Wednesday. The other reason is the room had a beautiful copper bath tub, but no shower. The hours of operation of the restaurant are listed on the website, so that is on me for missing it. I however didn't see anything in photos or description showing that the bathroom was lacking a shower. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Waco. For the price I don't think you will find a nicer hotel in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been happier. From the warm staff to the Czech decor to the comfortable beds and clean room, it was classy all the way. The bathroom looked brand new (even though the hotel is 4 years old). The construction was solid. The rooms had old-country charm and the wooden furniture was custom made. It was also well located, safe and well-lit. The eponymous restaurant next door was excellent and Noah, our waiter, was personable and knowledgeable.

Pivovar has an amazing brewery, restaurant, and hotel. While visiting the Magnolia silos we saw across the street Pivovar. I knew they had Czech beers which we had never had before. So we decided to give it a try. We were happily surprised to find out that they are amazing. Their bartender, Andrew explained to us all about the beers and made our experience a great one that we were having such a good time that we decided to stay and have lunch. The food was incredible as well. I ordered the Pan Seared Salmon which was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Barley Risotto and finished with dessert and coffee. Their menu has a great variety from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, seafood & pasta, grill, and European Brewery specialties. We hope to go back and stay at their hotel as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience Pivovar!

Avoid this hotel – not worth the price! I regret booking this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue is its location—right next to the train tracks. Trains pass by every few hours, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, forget about resting here. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least some basic amenities, but unfortunately, breakfast isn’t even included. It feels like you’re paying a premium just for the name, and honestly, it’s all hype. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better value for your money. This was my first time visiting Waco, and while I loved the city itself—the place is beautiful, and the people are incredibly friendly—this hotel was a huge letdown. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere!

Can't say enough about the Pivovar Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Check in was quick and the free parking is always a plus. The room was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. All the employees were friendly, always smiling and would always make eye contact and speak. Overall a great hotel.
