The pool/hot tub area was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The entire facility was. Staff were warm and welcoming. Only disappointment was the advertised airport shuttle has been discontinued.

The property was nice and comfortable. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and polite, and the food was very good. The pool area was clean and relaxing, however there was a unique chemical smell (not your typical one) in the hot tub that caused me to not want to stay in very long. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was great! The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel and the service were beyond our expectations. We will definitely stay there again when in Waco.

The bathroom shower smell of mold was horrid. I sent message first day and they apologized and didn’t sound like they cared much.
