Palette - Edassery's Sealine Villa Stay

Very professional 5/5 My previous booking was cancelled by the hotel guys. I was clueless where i will go. I went to this reception and explained my situation. Even though it is a peak season (Dussara holidays). They are able to ***age and provide the accommodation to me. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay 5/5 The stay is very very comfort. Spacious rooms Very clean and neat. Location 5/5 in between the backwater and the sea. Food excellent home cooked food. don't miss morning breakfast.

Decent rooms for a decent rate .. veg options can improve a bit .. pool close to the lake side .. just adjacent to the beach .. car parking space is slightly an issue when rooms are full .. basic toiletries are not provided .. overall it's a decent stay ..

We stayed there for a couple of days. When we checked in the receptionist asked for additional amount even though it was fully paid online. The food was pathetic. The good thing was the room was spacious and clean. Easy access to beach. The swimming pool was clean. Nice view from the room. Pleasant mornings. You cannot spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Better stop this fraud business and do something else. Scenario - We travelled from kanyakumari and palakkad, a group of friends of 15 persons which includes family and babies for a saturday leisure trip in cherai. We reached the place at 6.30pm due to traffic of Onam and weekend. And when we were about to check in they denied our checkin and said its cancelled. These 15 ppl are stranded in cherai with almost all hotels fully booked. They are least responsible for anything that has happened. No refund, no re allocation or anything. When we checked the reviews around 40 - 50 reviews was based on denied check in. What they do is they would sell the rooms to their first cum first serve walkin guests with better rates and canceled the booking from the third party app. Bravo. Vera vella paniyum cheythuu jeevichoode rather than cheating the guests. The OYO PPL and these edassery villa sealine ppl playtogether with some agreement and both of them are least bothered about the welfare of the guest.

The stay was excellent. But need to improve the food. Morning breakfast was really worst the food was not given at time and quality of food was not good.

Good resort facing kuzhupilly beach with a pool and pool / beach facing rooms. Bar and restaurant available

No body answer the phone to confirm the reservation as I list my money. I have to rebook another hotel at last minute. I did connect with ******* to get refund cut they didn’t even respond on time.

Excellent stay…..super service from all of the staff!
