When searching this hotel I seen some really good reviews and some really bad reviews. The bad reviews almost pushed me away from booking this hotel but, after a lot of thought I decided why not. My total experience here was really pleasant. The hotel was across the street from the beach and practically a hop,skip and jump to it. The room was really nice with a fantastic view of the beach. Room was nice,cozy and comfortable. I really didn’t notice any noises coming from the outside. The wait times for the elevator was less then 30 seconds. As for the breakfast buffet it’s a bit crowded if you go during breakfast peak times. Food wasn’t bad at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I liked is after checkout they let me leave my bags in the lobby so I could explore more before I went back to Saigon. On the ***** there isn’t many restaurants but that was ok because on the beach or the restaurant had what I needed and I could also use grab food delivery if wanted. There was also cable tv in the room which I didn’t watch much but used it more for background noise. They had many channels in English and Vietnamese including HBO. All in all a pleasant experience. They also allowed me to check in early.

I visited personally, and the location is not very good. The hotel also feels old and is good for a reasonable price. They sell local coffee and drinks right in front. It's cheap and tastes good. You can see the countryside and there are dogs.

For some god sake, men and women are treated unequally? I don’t have the right to not take off my shirt in public area (swimming pool)! If you have that rule, please inform in booking email in advance! I even wore the swimsuit not normal shirt! I’m staying at B14.03 on 29/4/2023 When I talk to staff at the front desk (18:15, 29/4/2023), her attitude toward me is unacceptable!!! Is that because I’m younger than her or else? Her answer was not what I expected from a 4 star hotel! We need answer and solution, not ask for sympathy! Believe me! You never encounter any rudeness like this from any other international hotel brands (IHG, Melia, Accord,..) Many thanks! I worked as a travel agency in Vietnam with reasonable price! What a great hotel, we chose an ocean view room and probably have never been that close to ocean from accommodation. Breakfast was lovely, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Is quiet location to port area but this was by our choice as we wanted to be away from the hussle and bussle for a couple of days. It was costing us only $3.50 for Grab transport to get to Port area. This hotel is very close walking distance to strip of seafood restaurants.
