Excellent hotel with great facilities. Pools was also good with ocean views. Located in a quiet area away from the main centre.

시설 깨끗하고, 직원 친절해요. 음식 괜찮고 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌네요. 1일 작은 물 2병이 조금 아쉬웠고 리조트가, 수영장 크기랑,, 좀 아담해요. 현지인들 단체 회식이 많고 하루는 늦은 시간 밤 10시 넘어서까지 야외 가라오케로 소란했어요. 하지만 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

我第一次住如此差的五星級酒店。
先是迎賓聽不懂英語不讓我下車兩次摔門把我腿夾住。
然後入住因為是一個人來出差，想換個大床房，説不行，給了兩張餐廳優惠券（20000-500……），房間馬桶是臟的。
第二天吃早飯，入座後問服務生能否上一杯美式，服務生説，這是自助餐，需要自己去拿……
拿着酒店餐廳優惠券去餐廳吃飯，餐廳説室內被包場了，把我引到室外的用過餐還沒收拾的桌子等着…然後我等了10分鐘一個人都沒來。
酒店環境挺好的，但對衞生和服務有要求的建議別來了。

위치는 시내와 많이 떨어져있었지만, 전체적으로 만족합니다.
직원들은 매우 친절했고 시설은 깔끔합니다.
다만 바다옆이라 그런지 많이 습하고, 방 에어컨이 별로 안시원했어요.
그 외엔 만족합니다.

15時のチェックインタイムですが12時でもチェックインしてもらえた。チェックイン時にWi-Fiと電話が繋がったが16時くらい両方とも繋がらない。クレームをフロント言うとすぐ対応してくれた。スタッフも全員フレンドリーでさすがexcellentです。ホーチミンへの帰りのタクシーもお手頃価格で手配してくれた。
部屋は、バンガロータイプで海がすぐ目の前で見れて良い眺めでした。
