We have been staying with Fletcher often, but we must say that this hotel was top. There are many Fletchers who I always write a negative review because of poor maintenance, but I can't say that this hotel was a good stay. It is very remote, so before you rest it is a great location. The rooms are new. The view looks forward to the watershed, where the building is made, is in the water, it is special. The service was friendly, always a pleasant conversation. The breakfast was good because we spent the year-round there was a buffet on the old-year evening, which was well-cared.

After a bike trip from Lelystad to Steenwijk I had a room in this hotel. Wonderful room very good bed, beautiful sanitary and a spacious breakfast enough. The next day after a bike trip in the surroundings, I could still dress in this hotel. Good and good staff.

Excellent hotel, on a quiet spot next to a pond, entering the lobby with a cosmopolitan touch already makes you feel happy. We had a splendid 4th floor corner room in the ‘tower’. Upgrade rooms are located in another building and have a terrace, we didn’t miss it as it was cold and the big windows with lots of view are more then convenient. Excellent bedding, big bathroom also with a window on the surrounding nature. We had a reasonable dinner in the large and fancy restaurant. Excellent breakfast.

Loved everything about this hotel - clean, friendly, comfortable, and great location within walking distance to Zwolle train and town. The breakfast was outstanding. We weren't huge fans of the dinner - multiple courses and pre-determined by the chef - but if you like haute cuisine (very small plates of fish, duck, liver), you'd probably love it. Post -Covid, I think most restaurants are short staffed too, and the wait staff was not particularly attentive, but the hotel staff was amazing. Overall, we had a magical visit in this beautiful hotel.

Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is good close to rhe station and the park and the city center. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious dining rooms + veranda. Staff was correct and helpful at most times. Room was OK in size. Most my comments relate to the room: 1. No air conditioning, the small cooler they provide is not effective enough. 2. No drawers and shelves to put the cloths only hanging...not practical not satisfying when staying for a week duration. 3. No basic vanity kit nor conditioner in the bathroom...really not suited for a 4 stars hotel. I had to buy this stuff. Can't understand this kind of stupid negligence (I did ask in reception for conditioner and they confirmed they don't provide it....). 4. Poor TV offer of channels....not so critical but still .... 5. Room service shuts down very early in the evening so what's the point of it?

I am satisfied with the service and environment.
