Every employees were so nice and kind. They can speak korean fluently. but condition of the room was awful. pillows and bed smells terrible. If you expect the same condition with Ha Noi's airbnbs (with the same price), it never be the same.

This apartment is great and has two branches. I often choose to stay in this hotel when I go to Bac Ninh. There are a lot of delicious food and fun places nearby. The rooms are clean and very nice.
