The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Vladivostok. Within a 3-5 minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a bank with good exchange rates, and a bus stop. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is good.

A good hotel located in the city center. Shops, cinemas, theaters, and the promenade are all within walking distance. Breakfast is included, buffet style, so you won't go hungry. The hotel also provides tea, coffee, and sweets at all times. I booked an upgraded room. Brushes, gels, soap, shampoo, everything is available. I recommend staying here.

The room was very clean, and complimentary toiletries were provided. Although the hotel is small, the breakfast selection was quite rich/varied.

The ladies at the reception are good 👍🏻 and friendly. The rooms are super tiny, which is a bit inconvenient, but otherwise, in terms of cleanliness and newness, everything is fine 👍🏻

We stayed at the hotel from August 13th to 19th and booked a standard room. The website specified certain room sizes for this category and provided corresponding photos, but after checking into room 8, we were hugely disappointed. The room turned out to be tiny: barely enough space for one bed. Due to the lack of space, they didn't even put in a refrigerator, and the kettle was simply placed on the windowsill. This raises a natural question for the administration: why aren't rooms of this size listed as a separate category when booking? We believe that the actual conditions do not match what is stated on the website, which misleads guests! On the 4th day, we were moved to a standard room, after we had decided to check out and get a refund for the unused days! We didn't really skimp on accommodation; we paid 53,460₽ for 5 days of staying at this hotel. However, the staff at this hotel are very good, friendly, and hospitable!

A wonderful mini-hotel right in the city center, perfect for leisurely strolls and sightseeing. Even though our ground-floor window faced the street, we didn't experience any noise or discomfort. The curtains were thick. The room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. The bed/mattress was very comfortable and high. There was plenty of space under the bed for suitcases. Tea/coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby near the reception, and a delicious breakfast was served in the morning. The hotel staff were all very friendly women. There's also laundry service available. For our early check-out, they even provided us with breakfast to go. You can really feel the care put into everything. Our stay at Hotel Kaminn left us with nothing but pleasant impressions!

Clean, but the rooms are small. The location is good, and the breakfast is nice.

I liked the location – close to the pedestrian streets, the promenade, and restaurants. It's 1km from the train station. The room was clean, and an early breakfast is available.
