It is a fairly old hotel that needs modernization. Old furniture and cleaning left some things pending in the bathroom. The air conditioning failed in the middle of the night and it was very hot. Although I have to say that we did not call the reception because it was early morning and wait for a room change because we thought maintenance at that time was impossible, it was going to affect our sleep too much. You have to make a deposit of €150 to guarantee the room when the furniture and doors were very damaged and old. Free and private parking for clients and perfect location 5 minutes walk from the airport

The waiters in the restaurant downstairs are very annoying. There are only two tables during lunch. The attitude towards the French people next door and our attitude should not be too different. The front desk was nice, but check-out was delayed for a long time because they had internal operational problems and they didn't know whose name was written on the room I stayed in. Even though there were many vacant rooms and few guests, the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11:58 (check out at 12 o'clock). No one else in Hilton could do this.

The good points are is that it’s bright, modern and clean. There is a nice atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful. Food in restaurant was ok I guess, though we had to send back a rather cremated escalope. We experienced similar issues to other reviewers I’m afraid. It was very hot and we only managed to cool the room by opening the window. Fortunately the airport was quiet that night. The main grouse is around accessibility. The location is in a very obscure corner of the estate near some car parks. I’m not sure you could safely walk to it as there did not seem to be a pedestrian path; the security gate added to a sense of peril. We arrived via train and were unable to contact the hotel for a shuttle bus ride. Apparently there was a problem with the phones. We eventually hailed an Uber - 14€ for a very short trip but by the time it arrived there was no one else around. I was glad it was still light. The shuttle service in the morning to the airport was, however, very efficient. (If you want to get to the hotel from the airport there is an intercom from the north end of the buildings). We had an early flight and the options for staying near the airport are limited. If coming back I probably would use it again

I simply cannot say enough about this property. Beautiful lobby and public spaces right at the airport. The food was good (Caesar chicken salad) and the service was prompt and friendly. Six months ago I found myself needing a one night hotel at the M****ille airport and stayed in the competing hotel across the parking lot (Ibis) ....that hotel stay does not compare in any way to my very pleasant stay at this beautiful spot. This hotel is a little bit more money than the other but well worth it. Clean and spacious with large tv and good size bathroom. Nice water pressure in the shower. Comfy linens on the bed. The bus transport to the airport (at 3:50am!) was prompt and there was coffee and a basket of croissants ready for us since they knew we were leaving early. Checkout process was super fast. It's a very short (5 minute) bus ride to the airport. Very nice experience; I will be back! Thank you!!

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly, though there were some language barriers but I guess that's to be expected in France. The biggest problem was, that the rooms were incredibly hot and that made sleeping really difficult. There was no way to make the rooms cooler. The best I could do was to turn of the ventilation completely. I was explained that the hotel is in heating mode and therefore the air conditioning was turned of and there was nothing the staff could do. Why would anyone want to heat a building when the weather is warm outside is beyond me, but it did make the stay rather uncomfortable. The other issue which was more of an inconvenience, was that although I did ask for a printed receipt, I was told that they cannot print the receipts and it would be sent to my email address. Predictably it was not there and I needed to call back after the trip to have it resent. It was not the first time a hotel told me they would send the receipt over email and it didn't arrive (which is why I always ask for a printed receipt), but it was the first time they actually declined printing it.
