Location is good, 10min walking is the old hill with its bar areas Common facilities: Reception/Eating room are cosy and beautiful The room is very comfortable and very comfortable, the room is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable. Although spacious, the views give roofs of the lower houses and the front buildings. The bed and couchs are comfortable. The room has a bathroom that is more modern and light, the shower plate is quite large. The right room, though I expected more to be an AC Parking 17€/day.Parking across the area was impossible,so when we arrived there we decided to pick it up.. I thought it was too much

Very comfortable structure with panoramic internal lift, clean mainly in common areas. Large rooms, comfortable bed, wide shower and very functional washing area. Discreet breakfast, improved in exposure and quality. Good restaurant for dinner. Negative aspects: absence of small cups for coffee, bathroom kits with empty packs, hair in bed

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. We have been in the studio and everything is phenomenal. I would recommend it 100%

Every day that comes in the morning will give you bad or good moments.. exit home today means (a extra) and if the normal and correct is the premise, all@s wishem@s (who bad) does not cross on our way.. The hotels are the base of (your second home) and that demonstrate with facts what they promote on your web (today) is almost an incomplete ”utopia”, wishes and dreams (from the customer) that will not be satisfied in the hotel stay. The hotel is a good place to enjoy the service and the service of the staff. I will not give negative or fictional details (we have not had them), the ACEPTABLE logic is part of reality and to state everything (inside that acceptable logic) the assessment we give is 12 out of 10 the pain we feel is that many brands of the We will follow you (for the world) as far as possible when you can travel. This is such a lovely, friendly hotel. The views over the forested city are just the best view perhaps of any hotel we've ever been in. The staff throughout are amazing - so helpful and friendly. Big shout out especially to Allende in the restaurant who is an absolute credit to the hotel - made us feel so welcome and special. Overall, we can't wait to be back - great hotel and more importantly, great staff! Congratulations to the management on having such a special place.

The hotel is fine, but definitely not up to five star standards. Nowhere close. Except on price, they are still charging 5* room rates. Pros: the room is an ok size, the reception is nice, good parking, quiet location, pleasant staff. Cons: decor is old and tired, room wasn’t perfectly clean, old electronics such as hairdryer, poor facilities and amnesties in the room, no international tv or radio, no tea or coffee in the room, a horrible cheap cafe, extra charge for the spa, very far from the city centre. Given three stars because that is what the hotel should be advertising and charging.

Booked the hotel very last minute as part of our whistle stop tour looking for property. On arrival we were greeted by a very courteous receptionist and quickly checked in. We had used the outside parking accessed by a barrier with intercom to reception. We had booked a junior suite as a treat and for around €80 it was the bargain of our 9 night trip in 8 different hotels! The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The beds had memory foam mattress toppers, such a bonus when every other hotel in Spain think guests prefer to sleep on boards...or in France 80cm wide singles! The carpet in the corridor was a little stained but once in the room it was very clean. The covid precautions were very good and I felt very comfortable. Our only minor issue was getting out of the parking. We called reception to lift the barrier but we got no response and after a few minutes called the office block reception who I think let us out! We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip or in the future.

We reserved a premium suite with views of the 4 towers as we were very impressed by the photos and description on the hotel web site, particularly the large balcony, with the thought of relaxing and enjoying a cava. The reality was a very small balcony with no space to move, indeed it felt dangerous as you had to hold onto the safety glass to manoeuvre onto a seat (see pic). The room was modern though unfinished ceiling is unattractive. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an excellent coffee machine but no capsules are supplied. I would have thought that at €112.50 per night room only that the hotel could have invested the 50c to have a capsule available. The bathroom is nice however the hand soap dispenser at the sink was empty. The only other dispenser supplied was in the shower which was also marked as hand soap. Whilst I appreciate the green credentials I would expect a better range of toiletries in dispensers. The roof terrace does afford excellent views however bear in mind that the pool is tiny, cold and shallow. We booked with the hotel’s web site as one of the benefits it claims is the offer of early check in at 1000 and late check out until 1400 on request . Both subject to availability. I booked the room in April and as our only flight option was an early arrival, I requested the early check in. Whilst a little disappointed that the room was not ready I of course understood the availability aspect any explained that we would be grateful to be contacted when the room was prepared. The room was ready at exactly 3pm. I just do not believe that reception had any interest in trying to accommodate my request. That is fine but should the hotel wish to adhere to a 3pm check in they should not offer the early check in as an incentive to book. On a more positive side the bed, pillows and bedding were super comfy! The hotel guests have free access to a high tech commercial gym next door. The location is perfect, plenty local shops bars and restaurants and 10 min walk to centre. Hotel is located only a few mins walk to the railway station where I would recommend taking a train for a day trip to Pamplona. A beautiful city! Kora Green is also a short walk from the Airport Bus Stop. (Second stop from Airport and about 30 min journey at 3€ pp). Vitoria Gasteiz is amazing historical city and there is so much to do and see. Overall I feel our room was not as described and did not offer good value for money. I love the area but if returning would look for alternative accommodation.

A minimalist, cosy, wide and comfortable bed, a bathroom with a simple shower but you don't need more, to go to sleep only phenomenal. The bad thing we found is that they had no bottles of water to sell, but they told us the washing water was drunk.
