I used a Smartbox to sleep one night during a sporting event. If you have to stay longer, I don't advise you. Parking is very difficult and the hotel's parking is paying. The staff is very kind, but the structure is dated and our room was very noisy: despite the presence of very few guests there is no insonorization compared to other rooms. The clothes had no indeed a good smell, perhaps even because of the low season.

We stayed in this hotel for 11 days at the beginning of July 2021 and we found to say little well. The hotel is a classic 3-star hotel, excellent location just a few meters from the beach of Viserba. But the difference from other hotels is undoubtedly due to the staff, the owners who have been available all over, the cooks who have delighted us every day with always different and all excellent pieces, the cleaners of the rooms that every day made us find our room in perfect conditions, the night doormaster that was very sympathetic and available for every event. I advise this hotel because we were really good and we'll certainly be back in the future.

I traveled with my teenage daughter throughout Italy, stayed mostly in four starts hotels and found the Riviera Mare to be the best hotel., why? It was not pretentious, it was clean, it served the most AMAZING food (best pasta allo scoglio, wine, and escargot I ever had) , BEST wi-fi in Italy, friendly and welcoming people at the reception. I strongly recommend your visit.

I found this hotel on the Internet and I must say that both my cousin and I have been very happy. The room was small but there were no others free, yet despite the sober furniture we were favourably affected both cleaning and the reception of the owners, not to mention the position right in front of the sea. A separate chapter is worth the restaurant that is worth much more than two stars, a buffet with a very varied breakfast, lunch and dinner. I advise those who prefer seriousness, cleaning and good kitchen for a luxury holiday directly managed by the owners. We were there only three days but I will return for a longer holiday. CONSELY!

Siamo appena rientrate dalla ns mini vacanza tra amiche. Abbiamo prenotato qst albergo in formula B&B (l'unica che pratica) e sapendo che la camera non sarebbe stata spaziosa (eravamo in tre donzelle). Ci siamo ritrovate in una camera minuscola, con aria condizionata non funzionante......facciamo presente qst ai proprietari che dapprima ci dicono che tutto funziona, ma ahimé sono costretti a constatare che così non é, poi ci propongono di trovarci un altro hotel e, previa richiesta da parte mia - nel caso di un cambio hotel - di trovare una camera ai piani bassi, vengo tacciata di essere polemica e pretenziosa.....siamo poi rimaste in qll camera dove l'idraulico é venuto altre 3/4 volte (ormai era di casa😅😅😅)e la temperatura è vagamente calata, credo proprio perché, abbiamo lasciato accesa l'aria condizionata H24 .... dimenticavo, il termostato all'interno della stanza era ininfluente ai fini della gestione del condizionatore (mistero delle arie fredde)....... nonostante tutto ciò, la variante che porta il punteggio a medio é data dalla gentilezza della persona delle pulizie e della persona addetta alla colazione......per il resto e nonostante ciò che leggo.....flop su tutta la linea e mi domando dove sia finita la proverbiale accoglienza romagnola 🤨🤨🤨🤨

Sorry, but apart from cleaning in the rooms and location, for me and my family is a hotel to forget. We have enjoyed full pension for a convention with the company my husband is dependent on. Presumption I went to the wheelchair, unfortunately, when before the holiday I fell and broke my knee. Aware days before they gave us the room at the third floor and the bottom of the corridor. Live who has trouble walking!!! The lift is not normal, so my husband had to close the wheelchair every time to get in there, and I had to be in a corner with a single leg with stamps up to the third floor and vice versa. In the dining room I eaten away from the table because there was no place for the wheelchair ... Another disaster but I fit. Another disaster the restaurant, crude food and sometimes flavorless, often missing fruit. Sweet only the evening, always the same and sometimes even not freeze in time to eat; at the table every time we had to ask for the right dishes for food, cooking and cheese. Organization in the horrible room, you arrived first and you were served last ..... We don't talk about the menu that made you fill in the morning itself and often did not correspond to what you had communicated because in the supplier you had not delivered in time!!!! I am not telling any other episodes as an ascensor one day that is not working and has been closed more than half an hour in a cargo, and I am not sure that it was easy for me, and then in these conditions, even worse. To be a three-star hotel .... I would say one is more than enough. Surely to forget in all senses.
