Hotel staff was excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful. When we arrived our room was ready but there was a lot of sand in the floor. Everything else was clean. It was hot in the elevator and it was very slow! We were on the 7th floor and it took forever to get the elevator. Overall it was a great experience!

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed first of all I asked for towels, and I was told that the lady hadn’t washed any towels and there was no towels available to take a shower. Second of all I had just had surgery on my knee and the first day we were there. The elevator broke down and there’s were only one elevator we were on the fifth floor Third of all I pulled out the pull out, sofa bed because I noticed spots all over the sofa bed, and as soon as I move the cushion, it was loaded with mold and food all up under it so then I went to check the beds. I pulled the sheet back and there was at least 20 stains on the mattress, cover feces, and blood were on the mattress cover it gets better. I took a rag and wiped up the floor for us to lay down for the night because I wouldn’t dare lay on the bed or on the pull out but we had to stay because we had a wedding and the rag was solid black from the floors. We ended up sleeping on the balcony for the entire night, because we were in the room with the mold, my children had to end up going to the hospital when we got home and my son has asthma and ended up with six prescriptions because of his asthma, and after showing the pictures to the doctor, she wrote a note saying it was from the mold in the room next, but not least I opened up the microwave, and it was full of dirty, smelly food. This room could not have been cleaned one bit not to have a towel. The microwave was dirty the floor was dirty the mattress cover had all kinds of stains roaches. I have stayed at millions of hotels and I have never seen that discussed that I seen at this place please please thank 1 million times before you stay here.

The worst place I've ever stayed in. Roaches head the summary, along with terrible smells, dirty, unfriendly staff, no HBO or ESPN, barely could get a regular channel. I will never pre-pay for a hotel again. Don't stay here. The only thing they have going for them was the view.

Excellent place to stay. Nice and very friendly staff. Great location! Bedrooms are separate from the other room. That's a plus for privacy. Pool area is awesome. I have been coming to this hotel for many years. Love it every time. I recently stayed over a week. Love love love it. The beach is right out the door.

I am only posting pictures of our room as we entered starting from the one and only elevator on site.. you will have to deem this as acceptable for you and your lived ones. This was our room...Room 513. It did have a great sunrise view.

Upon arrival, First room: AC did not work in main room OR bedroom. Neither unit worked. Television had no volume and remote did not work. Bathtub had not been cleaned well at all. Dirty! Overall room also poorly cleaned. They moved us to another room. Second room: Television audio was in Spanish. Remote did not work. At about 10:00 PM there was standing water in the bathroom that was running back into the bedroom. Grabbed towels and placed them on the floor. Phone in room did not work. Had to go down to the front desk and ask for maintenance to quickly come to room because water was running everywhere. BTW my friend and I were exhausted from a deep sea fishing trip and this was the last thing we felt like dealing with. Maintenance came to room, unclogged the toilet and dried up the floors with towels. I told him it appeared to me the leak was coming from the toilet base. He went to get more towels for us to be able to use. While he was gone I watched the toilet base and could clearly see that the leak was coming from there. I wiped up water 3 to 4 times from the toilet base and it continued to leak onto the floor. At that point the maintenance guy agreed that was the problem and said he could not fix it that night. Again, without a phone working I had to go back down to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room only to find out that the hotel was fully booked. I would also add that no offer was ever made to come up and clean and sanitize the floors and the room for us that night. The only thing that was done was towels were used to clean up the water and the overflow from the toilet. It was very uncomfortable/unsettling to sleep in that room knowing this as well as the odor that was in the air.I expressed my displeasure with the entire experience and shared that I did not think it would be fair or reasonable to have to pay the full amount for the stay.The desk clerk shared with me he could not make that decision and I needed to speak with Teresa, the manager in the morning. I spoke with Teresa and she agreed on the 25% discount for the stay that would be given but we would have to contact you because the reservation was set up through your company and she would hear from you and authorize the 25% discount. She shared that ******* had liability as well for the stay and often times gives refunds when there are incidents like this and we should call them/you. We have yet to fill out the on line survey or Facebook posting request survey or use social media to express our displeasure because we are hoping that this will be resolved in a much better and more appropriate fashion. Lastly I would want to share that the front desk clerks and the maintenance person were as helpful as they could be and very professional. They did their jobs as best they could under the circumstances. The facility and the room itself was the problem not the people.

Room was nice. Elevator was slow. Took the steps alot which were in severe need of cleaning. Dust 4inches high in the corners. Looked as if the stairs havnt ever been cleaned.

The facts speak for themselves. This hotel was not ready to be open to the public. The manager claims that the advertised the hotel is under "renovation". I did not see such an announcement and I booked through their website and their front desk. None the less, it was not a renovation so much as full on construction tgat started at 7:30 am and continued until 7 or 8 at night. During the day the one elevator was mostly unavailable as the construction crews didn't know better than to let the hotel paying guest use the elevator. I should note that the elevator had a covered up hole in the floor. Yes, a hole in the elevator floor. So besides the excessive noise the REAL problem is the COMPLETE LACK OF SECURITY for both on the HOTEL GROUNDS and in the GUEST ROOMS. When I checked into the hotel the front desk issued me a room key to Room 713. When I opened the door, there was someone in the shower and stuff strewn about the room. Obviously it was someone else's room. I went down to inquire and was give keys that proved not to work to room 613. A third trip and I had keys room 613 that worked finally. At this point I discovered the hope in the elevator floor. And the woman in the elevator indicated she had had someone enter her room the night before. The second day of my stay I inquired with the "manager" about the noise, the elevator, and the rate.... or I was going check out and go to another hotel. I was told by her that at the end of the week(Sunday) she would "take care of it". So I made the unfortunate decision to trust her and stayed. The third night tgere was a disturbance in the hallway. The young people who were responsible were aggressive and under the influence of something more than alcohol or ****. But when sent to find these people hotel security was unable locate them. Apparently they weren't guest of the hotel. They were just passing through. On Saturday,05-28-2022 at about 6 pm, some person (not hotel staff) tried gain access to my room with a key issued by the front desk. Later the same evening (approx. 11:50pm) another person was given keys my room and tried to gain access. These are just the two "room invasions" I know about. What really happened the rest of the week when I wasn't in my room. On Sunday when I went to speak to the management, she offered an insultingly low discount which I refused and ask to speak to the GM or the owner Mr. PATEL. I have left a physical note and called 3x or more and the owner Mr. Patel is to cowardly to talk to me. Interestingly the hotel jumped early and fully charged my card on the third of six days. I guess they knew there would be a problem as hotels NEVER close the tab until the guest checks out. This tells me they expect problems. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
