This is a very good hotel with beautiful rooms. The views from the upper floors are amazing, especially from the 18th floor breakfast level. Breakfast selection and food is good.

The hotel looks good on paper, but the services are not up to the 4 stars, no one really speaks English, the pool was dirty and deserted, lots of objects lying around everywhere, there were dead insects in the water, my room was ok, but could do with a refresh, and the sheets, even if clean, were stained. The staff was quite nice though.

It's a decent amount of money for a business trip. However, the front desk's response was slow and the gym was under construction, so I couldn't use it.
