Ci siamo fermati una notte in questo Hotel per una Gara di Ritmica Eravamo gia’ ’ stati due anni prima .. Hotel accogliente e pulititissimo , molto gentili. Camera pulita con ottimi materasssi e tv grande , aria condizionata funzionale e ben regolabile ( cosa rara ) … Ottima e varia la colazione Buon rapporto qualita’ prezzo Si torna volentieri

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and centrally located. The external cafe bar was a lovely way to end a long day’s sightseeing. It would have been perfect if it stayed open later than 7.30. Staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Maria Angelina. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The wine was delicious and typically a high standard one would expect in the Chianti area. All in all a very pleasant introduction to Tuscany and the Chianti route.

We can recommend this relay very much. The superior Suite Frantoio equipment is super and does not leave any wishes open! The facility is very maintained, beautifully located and the room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and premature. We cannot judge breakfast.

1. The hotel is 3 kilometers away from outlets, suitable for living in outlet shopping; 2. The hotel is a holiday villa, a place where locals take a vacation. The swimming pool is very good, and the surrounding ancient trees, sun loungers, handsome men and beauties, do not go shopping and lie here It is worth it; 3. The room is big enough, the bathroom is big enough, the room we live in is 100 square meters, and the equipment is implemented well; 4. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly, we are in the previous hotel, the front desk calls emails day and night Help us find and send it home for us. Everything is done at the front desk. We didn’t spend the phone fee, and the mailing fee was also the low price the front desk helped us find. This is done by two front desks. First Tian is a handsome guy. Because the hotel did not fully respond the day before, the handsome guy transferred this job to the beauty of the next day to continue. After the beauty completed everything the next day, she also sent the inquiry form when we checked out on the last day. I printed a copy for us, which means that the beauty has been thinking about it. This is the first time I have met such enthusiastic and friendly two people in Europe in more than 20 years. Thank them! In short, this hotel is very suitable for vacation, just like home.

We chose this ”hotel” as it was in the countryside just outside of Florence. A small reception but the reception staff spoke good English and was efficient. The room we were given opened into a small (childs) room first which was furnished with a small wrought iron bed with no windows. The main bedroom had a very small window which looked out onto the Tuscan countryside. The bed was old and lumpy and needs replacing. The bathroom also had no window and is old fashioned. The Wifi did not work (we connected in the reception but as soon as you got back to your room, it disconnected). Also the TV did not work. The lady at reception came to look at it for us but said the maintenance guy had gone home. We had dinner in the restaurant which was nice and very Tuscan. It is not part of the hotel and is run separately. The biggest problem for us was the noise. Whilst it is not the fault of the hotel if their guests are noisy, we had a family above us and we could hear every word, laughter, screams, TV, toilet flush, kids thumping and running etc. This also continued during the night at all hours. Breakfast was the highlight. It is served in a separate annex to the hotel across the road. The buffet (covid buffet) was served to us and consisted of hot and cold food, fruit, pastries, etc. Of course lots of Italian coffee. As we were there in November the pool was closed but we could imagine this an idyllic spot in the summer. Shame about the Wifi and TV.
