unfortunately the hotel employees have a delusion that they are the owners of the hotel, and they provide a very bad service, The food in the hotel restaurant is terribly bad and extremely expensive, the hotel has very good facilities and hot springs to relax.
My recommendation is: Sleep in the hotel, ignore the bad service, enjoy the hot springs and dine outside the hotel.

Underwhelming and disappointing
Looked really great but once there things changed a bit. The signage for the hotel is not lighted at night, so a bit hard to find. After checking in, the room looked great until we noticed there are no amenities. They only provide 2 bath towels that you also use for the pool and thermal pools. You can ask for more towels, but you have to switch them out. There are no hand towels or face towels or bath robes of any kind.
There’s also no drinking water provided. You have to go to the lobby to get drinking water. In the shower, the blinds were all rusted and moldy.
The thermal pools were nice and the food was decent. But the hotel wasn’t worth the amount we paid. This place could be so much better. I wouldn’t go again.

My room was ok, but the bathroom very bad, toilet space very close, you aren't able to seat at the toilet, it was very close to the wall. Room 101, very uncomfortable. Food in general, need more variety and, been in a very nice place in the country, not variety of fruits, juices, and the menú could be , more attractive. The property in general is very nice.
