Oh, my goodness. This hotel was like our home while we stayed there. It is run very well, with friendly, kind staff. Daniel, the manager, always has a smile and is very helpful. He also is a beekeeper and you can buy his delicious honey!! Our room was well- furnished and clean and we loved it. The breakfasts were good, especially the coffee. The dinners were lovely. I recommend the pasta with venison ragu: wow!!! The location is perfect and if I ever return to the Sudtirol, I will stay at the Emma. Grazie tanto, Daniel!!!

We met a historic hotel with good a good standard. For me it is important with a good bed, and the beds where good. Most important might be the very friendly staff that helped us in planning walks and served very good breakfast an dinners. The hotel has a very nice and modern sauna with traditional sauna, steam bath and an infrared sauna.

Super cozy hotel, attentive staff. The breakfast is beyond words. The best ever. Unforgettable. A good place to stay and get to know the surroundings and attractions of the Dolomites region. I highly recommend it. The city is a bit quiet, but for those looking for tranquility, you will love it.

Very nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast very varied from salty to sweet. Rooms equipped with all comforts. Convenient to reach the most beautiful places in Val Pusteria, a few km from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, from Lake Braies, 10 min. from San Candido. We will definitely be back 😉. we had a great time! from Daniel's welcome with all the explanations and maps to advise us on what to visit, the free transport card, better than an info point !! TOP breakfast! as read from reviews, plentiful and super quality! many BIO products, all fresh and typical products! we had dinner twice and really enjoyed it! new room! super bathroom! all super clean and comfortable! and then the Spa included in the price! wow! all the super friendly and helpful staff, always smiling! EXCELLENT LOCATION 2 min walk from the Trenitalia train station and a few meters from the super punctual bus stop. top quality price! in short, highly recommended experience! we will be back for sure!

We stayed at this property over the Easter weekend. Very relaxing and quiet environment, new, spotless, super comfortable and well soundproofed rooms. We took advantage of half board, excellent food and staff willing to accommodate our every request: traveling with a 9 month old baby we needed to have a packed lunch for her and they satisfied us. Perhaps the only improvement, having a spa, would be to extend the accessibility hours. Beautiful and very relaxing stay.
