I did not know this hotel until a friend recommended it to me. The recommendation ended being great. Spent 2 weeks relaxing and recharging in this renovated and properly appointed hotel. Furthermore, the hotel is very well located, with access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. The hotel facilities are nicely appointed while the Hotel staff is the icing on the cake. The staff always was willing to help, particularly one of the hotel managers, Marlene. I really appreciate all what you did to make this a nice getaway. Highly recommend and will be back!

Excelente hotelería, profesionalismo, ética,servicio al pasajero.Se destacan por la amabilidad, esparcimiento para chicos, amplio parque con juegos.Un lugar muy acogedor su interior y muy buena comida tanto en el desayuno con almuerzo y cena

Hotel en una ubicación muy linda. Lejos del centro, en la falda del cerro. Es parte de un complejo con el Panorama. Este es el más viejo pero está en excelente estado. Todo fue según lo planeado, buen desayuno, habitación muy completa con frigobar y microondas quizá un poco pequeña porque tenía dos camas matrimoniales. Nos permitieron usar la pileta del otro hotel que tiene mejores vistas. Ambas piscinas son climatizadas. Personal atento. Lo único que tendría para criticar es que no tiene ascensor.

Excelente atención, muy buena gastronomía, en la cena disfrutamos de un show musical muy lindo. Ideal para disfrutar en familia, tiene varias piscinas, la piscina de panorama tiene excelentes vistas a la ciudad y el lago. Ideal para una escapada de fin de semana

Excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia, la predisposición de los colaboradores es impecable y las instalaciones muy cómodas! Los niños encantados con la cantidad de actividades que hay para niños. Queremos destacar la atención de Juliana y Óscar, impecables, sin fisuras en la atención, da gusto sent**** a comer en "El Casco" y es un lujo que te atiendan ellos! Párrafo aparte para Marlene, predispuesta a evacuar cualquier inquietud planteada en la estadía! Sin lugar a dudas es un lugar para repetir.

El hotel es muy lindo y ofrece muchas actividades para disfrutar en familia. Las habitaciones son cómodas. El desayuno es muy bueno en general, todos los días tienen un rinconcito distinto de variedades. La comida en los restaurantes bien. Muy importante que ofrecen alimentos sin tacc y veganos!!! Y cuidan la contaminación cruzada para los celíacos, lo cual es fundamental. Las piletas son amplias y están muy bien cuidadas. En el complejo son 2 hoteles y se pueden usar las instalaciones de ambos, eso está muy bueno! El personal es super atento y están siempre cuidando que los huéspedes la pasen bien. Detalles a mejorar: los platos de los restaurantes vienen muy condimentados a veces, mucha sal o picante. Deberían avisar o consultar antes x si alguien tiene problemas en ese sentido. El hotel no tiene ascensor, con lo cual si se va con bebé en un cochecito y toca planta alta, hay que subir escaleras. Para estos casos, deberían ofrecer las habitaciones de planta baja directamente. Igualmente son detalles muy pequeños, nada que opaque la buena estadía en el lugar. Realmente es un muy buen lugar para veranear en familia sobre todo si se tiene niños, porque tenes todo ahí y no necesitas moverte del lugar, diversión para niños y descanso para padres. Volvería sin dudas!!

La habitación es amplia pero con un balcón muy chico. El hotel no tiene ascensor así que el acceso a las habitaciones es por escalera. Las actividades del día para adultos son escasas, sería bueno tener más actividades diarias. Algo que no nos gustó es que la actividad nocturna haya que pagarla cuando uno ya es huésped del hotel. Todas las noches ofrecen una cena con algún show y para verlo hay que pagar la cena. Sería más lógico que hagan el show separado de la cena y lo ofrezcan a todos los huéspedes. Es de destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel y que se puedan usar las instalaciones del hotel Pinares Panorama estando alojado en el Pinares del Cerro.

Muy bueno el entorno! Varias cosas para mejorar el Pinares del Cerro no tiene ascensor. Si bien ofrecen animación para adultos es muy pobre. Por las noches ofrecen algunas actividades pero hay que consumir y los precios son muy caros para los platos que se incluyen en la carta. Muy buena la habitación con dos camas queen, tetera y cafetera y excelente el café de la tarde gratis.

Muy buena la atención de todos los trabajadores. Buenas instalaciones. Comida muy buena , muy abundante y variedad en los restaurantes. Ideal para ir con niños. Solo tengo una queja. La habitaciones son un poco pequeñas para cuando son más de 3 personas.
