Highly recommended, the hotel is super comfortable, the staff is excellent, very attentive if we need something, they are friendly, a 10 service for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Very satisfied with our experience at Villa Carlos Paz.

DO NOT GO! It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They say it's 3 stars and shows decent photos but nothing to see! The rooms are in a terrible state, everything broken and dirty; the staff treats you very badly and sometimes is not even present; Horrible breakfast: everything old and tasteless (they give you half a feta cheese and ham per person, don't ask for more). They charge you for hot water and even a glass of cold water; The owners themselves take care of the entire pool and they don't let you use the garage until 10 pm. A shame, it has nothing to do with the photos. I do not recommend it at all.

La habitacion doble no cumple con las especificaciones para hotel de tres estrellas, No tiene casi separacion de la cama con la pared ni mesa para usar. No tenia lugar para las valijas de lo chica que son. En el baño te la pasas golpeandote con los artefactos, la mampara de la ducha minima deja pasar el agua al resto del baño y lo inunda. A las almohadas podes pasarlas debajo de la puerta. Solo te dan una toalla de manos para dos personas. Al menos un toallon a cada uno.
