"I stayed here for one night on a business trip and it was a complete disappointment. When we were checking in the woman at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. There is no parking anywhere nearby so you have to park in a shopping center across the street and walk with your luggage. The staff were cold, unhelpful and seemed irritated by even the simplest requests. The WiFi was a nightmare to connect to and required providing email, phone number, zip code and other personal information just to get online. When I asked for a spoon to be brought to my room the staff refused. To make matters worse housekeeping came into my room twice in the morning before my checkout time. For the price they charge this is absolutely not a four star hotel. It is more like a budget motel pretending to be something it is not. Overpriced, poorly run and completely lacking in basic hospitality. Do not waste your money."

"I loved our stay here and wish we'd had another night! Approaching the hotel, by the parking area, are large gardens and green space. The grounds of the hotel are charming, with plenty of outdoor and terrace seating. It was perfect to sit, enjoy the weather, listen to the splash of the fountain. The beds were comfortable and the room had a ceiling window that popped up for a view of the neighborhood. There's a park within walking distance, but the beach and more touristy spots would need a bus or a car. The breakfast was good for the size of the hotel (obviously not the breadth of options as some large Eurostars hotel) but still delicious. You can even see photos of the history of the building from 100 years ago."

"The choice of this hotel was random: we were looking for an economical support structure and this two-star hotel in the center of Vigo reflected our needs. Pleasant surprise: we found modern and clean rooms, 24-hour service with professional and very kind staff and a general environment that made this hotel a superior category structure. They don't have parking, but we had no problem finding parking spaces nearby."

"DO NOT book this accommodation‼️‼️ I have been deceived by it, checked out straightaway within 1+hours after my arrival and lost my bookings for 2 nights. the room is unlivable with drilling renovation noise, the bathroom door is broken with cracked wood that is dangerous, the door is unlockable (lock missing), dusty floor, stained comforter and the worst is the stinky toilet smell filled in the whole room. i have enclosed the photos (unfortunately cannot upload the noise video here but u can hear it from my google review) to alert others not to repeat my bad experience."

As a guest, this directly affects the experience. If the staff doesn't feel well treated, it's difficult for them to provide service. The cleanliness of the hotel isn't bad, but it could be improved. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and I hope they take steps to improve customer service and the treatment of their employees."

The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious as is the closet. The bathtub was a little battered as was the sink faucet but for the price it is very good."
