"It felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but they didn't have basic things like disposable tissues, there was no trash can in the room (they have a coffee maker, but to throw away the capsules you have to go to the bathroom), no complementary water like you get in any lower quality hotel, no kits in the bathroom (like caps, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc.). We asked for toothbrushes in the lobby and they came without toothpaste, anyway..."

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the ferry terminal for the Cíes Islands, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the beautiful surrounding areas. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain."

Unfortunately, the last night we were there, a group of guests came in who were super boisterous and very annoying."
