I never stayed in this hotel and they refused to give me money back even though I had to go to my father's funeral. Bad attitude

Staff were helpful. I did a clothes wash there and it was late coming back to me, but a staff member went out personally to get it which was very kind.

It's right behind the night market. Great location, friendly and quiet at night. However, there is no elevator, so please give me the 4th floor... I only had one backpack, so it was fine, but if you have a heavy carrier... It seems difficult and dangerous.

I would highly recommend this small family run hotel, right across from a beautiful temple but also in the heart of the action. In the hotel below there is also a cage where you can put together your breakfast a la carte in the morning. You can then eat it directly in front of the Sunbeam Hotel opposite the temple. Also in the evening for a beer or two. I'll come back here next time. All very friendly, relatively many young Asian guests. The only negative aspect: the stairwell is very noisy and so you are deprived of your "longer" sleep in the morning from 07:30/08:00 by the approaching cleaning staff or checking out guests. But on the other hand, 08:00 isn't too early..all in all, full marks for this very reasonable price. Approximately 220,000 kip per night in June 2020
