The environment is comfortable, the room is very spacious, and the cleanliness is satisfactory.

The hotel is now called "JI Hotel" and is not on Google Maps, which made it really difficult to find. Since I arrived late in the evening, it was a really unpleasant start. But the surprises didn't end there: the room I was given - a suite - smelled bad, was in poor condition, full of mosquitoes and as dirty as a pigsty. The photos speak for themselves. The receptionist was very embarrassed and didn't know what to do. He offered me a room change to a *lower category* although my reservation had already been paid in full. They remedied the situation the next day, but it's really hard to overlook all this. The hotel is nice, but mainly because it shares its facilities with the Ramada By Wyndham Vientiane Central hotel.

Hotel is located in center, but it's quite dated and specifically cater to Chinese group travellers.

The Manager was such a great and accommodating host for our long traveling needs 🥰… we needed to check in early and decided to give him a call 📞 he picked up and without a doubt assisted us to check in and even upgraded us to the business suites ! Definitely the kind of Hotel everyone would love to stay at ! They have laundry service so just ask the receptionist… they also have coupons for the free breakfast! 🥞 then go to the 8th floor for the infinity pool ! The staff all round is super nice and kind ! Definitely will be one of our stays again before leaving Vientiane 😍💕 One if the best hotels we have had this whole holiday ! 💕💪🏻

I chose this hotel for my business trip, and it was absolutely the right decision! The soundproofing in the room was excellent; it was completely quiet at night. The hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities were top-notch, and I used them every day. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and even assisting with calling a taxi. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely make this my first choice for future business trips.

The hotel holds one floor, the rest of the building is under construction. Don’t expect to get any rest between 0730 and 1730.

Clear warning befor you book this place (without cancelation possibility): this place is fake! Their website and here pretends to be a hotel, it's only one floor of a very huge new buildung which is still under construction (see pictures) - the pool has water but no acessabiltity same the Gym with equipment but no access (construction zone the whole level! When we arrived we were told that pool is open we can check tomorrow, we did and took evidence pictures. Owners try to cheat you, very limited English. on the 5th is a "massage and more" establissement, (chinese only) breakfast is at nearby Chinese Restaurant (see pictures) Rooms are modern, spacious but low quality - a reading lamp was falling off the wall, silcon is done poorly, meldow on sink silicon and the moving sensors are super sensitive (switching light on when you move in the bed. All is very simple, 2* hotel level - on top you'll be in middle of craftmen-shop area (old Chinatown), you need tuktuk to City! - don't go there!

Will definitely stay here again next time!

Big room, clean room, lobby has a cigarette smells sometimes (but can tolerate), nice staff and helpful eventho their english is not very good, super complete amenities. Definitely will stay again.

Moved from continental plaza to Ji hotel for our last night in Vientiane. The hotel is especially for Chinese tourist… it’s good and not good… based in old Chinatown, the hotel is on the 6st floor of a building. Inside it’s very nice, quite new, and service was nice. Then come the morning and the included breakfast… only Chinese food combination… not really choices… no coffee, no orange juice or else, only a cup of milk… some porridges and Chinese rice rolls or buns and eggs, these kind of combination… not attractive at all… to eat the breakfast you have to go to 1st floor and walk outside to a partnered restaurant who will serve you a choice of 5 Chinese combinations food. Workers of the hotel are nice but don’t speak English only Chinese… have a rooftop swimming pool and a gym but exposed to sunshine so it was too hot to swim or to gym 🤭.

The room was spacious enough, and since it's run by Chinese people, communication was no problem, which was very convenient.

Family room looks just like in the pictures. Bed was super comfortable and shower water pressure was good. L'Occitane shower gel was a nice surprise. Will return if heading back to Vientiane
