Hotels near Vienna Drapery Museum in Vienne

I stayed with friends for 3 nights at this hotel, well located in the city of Vienne, near the center and with a comfortable parking right in front, free from 19 to 9 a.m. The rooms are small, without boxes but there is enough room to locate the bags, they are equipped with a great heating system and are well isolated from the outside, the bathroom is small but well functioning, the mattress is unique, The coat was very thin and not very comfortable, and the coat was very thin, and breakfast with croissant, bread and marble, some cake and drinks at the dispenser included. I am 5ft3, 55 kgs and felt claustrophobic in that bathroom, you could hardly move around. Awful. We, as a family, are used to staying in basic hotels when we are only having a stop over during our journeys but this one was beyond basic. As said before tiny bathroom, the mattress on our bed was terrible (collapsing on one side). We booked a family room for the 4 of us and once all the beds were made we literally could not moved around the room, no space to sit or walk around. Dreadful. It was clean though so that is one thing. The parking was gated and you could walk in 15 mins to a McDonald's, the area felt safe enough. The staff was very pleasant but the evening staff could not speak English properly. Only one towel per person no hand towel or floor mat.

I like it. I recommend it. I want to stay again next time. It's very good. It's okay, I'm happy Location is good too It's friendly and clean. I highly recommend it.

i wanted to try this hotel because it was in / at the airport and it gave me the impression to be a bit different, fresh, funky. That is true, the rooms have a different look, are more inspired that your usual hotel, well equipped and maintained. but unfortunately that's where it stops. The rest is totally sub standard. It took more than 15 minutes to check in and then it wasn't over yet, because i had to go back once more in the queue because the room key didn't work. That day, the weather was hot, so the room was extremely hot because the airco wasn't functioning until i entered the room. It took over an hour of noisy max level airco to get the room to a decent temperature. There is a light below the bed that automatically switches on when there's movement - it is a great concept but unfortunately it detected something several times during the night as well, switched on automatically in the middle of the night, so that i woke up. All in all, the concept of the hotel might be great, but the basics for a hotel (i.e. a good night sleep) are not met due to the time lost at check in, the time need to get a correct temperature and the odd light switching on during the light. Finally, I mentioned these issues at check-out, i got a lot of generic apologies, they mentioned that they would look into the airco and took my name, but never reverted to me. Also, no attempt was made to make me feel better, eg by offering a coffee, breakfast or a face to face with the manager on duty. And if the staff doesn't offer that proactively, I'm not going to ask it. I will use the NH back again next time. A bit less fancy perhaps (but very solid correct quality) and at least i can be sure that i get what i come for: sleep when i arrive late night.

My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

I spend the year in Accor group hotels and I have to say that this ibis de Bourgoin Jallieu is far the most modern and pleasant. Quality materials. Well thought of relaxing space. Glow decoration. nice and dynamic team. The hotel is very good and it is very good and very good. The left-hand side has just takes to load his phone but no interruptor.
