First the location is so central and you can get anywhere very easily. The ring tram is one block from entry. The hotel and rooms are stunningly gorgeous. The room that we stayed in is so spacious. It had one bedroom, kitchenette, full dining room, entry and a full bath with walk-in shower and a second half bath. The bedding is very luxurious with soft down pillows and comforter. The blanket is also soft down and very comforting. The people working here are amazingly helpful and kind. All of them. Whoever does the hiring should be praised. Gunther is real gentleman and his only interest is to make our stay comfortable and welcome. His team at the front desk, Tamara, Franziska and new trainee, Ana are the day crew. The were so helpful in so many ways. Always available and willing to do anything and everything for us. The night crew, Yusef and Zeljko took care of a few minoradjustments even late as we were checkin in. Sasha and Kornel were in charge of greeting people at the door. They were such nice gentlemen. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ashish was also really nice and helpful. I hope that I have not left anyone out because they all contributed to making sure our stay was so good. The people who took care of the rooms have done superb job. I had the good fortune to attend a private wine tasting in their cellar. For those who don’t know Palais Coburg actually has the largest wine collection of the greatest wines in the world. I cannot remember if it 30,000 or 60,000 bottles. Niklas who did the tour for me is a young sommelier who knows a lot. He also works in the 2 Michlin star restaurant on the premises. He guided me magnificently. He tells the whole story of the rebirth of Palais Coburg by the new owner. “You get treated like royalty staying here. We LOVED staying here.

I wanted a place to crash on my last night in Vienna. As I would reach Vienna only around 9pm from my day trip to Hallstatt and since I had to check out by 8 am next day to catch my flight , I wanted an economical place to sleep. Most reasonable places were booked out and this was one of the few places I could find, being in city center and near to my previous hotel where my baggage was stored made me choose this hotel. The Pros for the hotel :- 1) They accepted my booking based on a email even though I had not made a pre payment or shared my card details (I had forgotten to carry my Credit Card and didnt want to use my debit card) . 2) Room was clean even though it ended before it started :-) 3) The Staff were polite , helpful and cordial. 4) The shared toilet and shower were clean , dry and with liquid soap ( a big concern for me since it was the first time I had ever booked a hotel room with shared toilet and shower. 5) There was a wash basin with running water in the room which was welcome. 6) Though the room was small there was still a decent wardrobe , TV , Bed lamp and small writing desk. 7) Location of the hotel is very good especially from public transport perspective. 8) There was a laundry service based on load , and at 9 euro I think it was a fair price considering the rates in Vienna, works good if you have a full load to wash. 9) One thing that really stood out for me is that during this trip which covered Prague , Budapest and Vienna where I was staying in some real good 3 star hotels , This was the only hotel which has a guide booklet in the room ( a proper guide and shopping guide booklet ) along with that in the welcome sheet they actual had valuable information for tourist regarding nearest grocery store , what can be done in the city and about some tours like the horse carriage which I was curious during my time in the city. such basic stuff was missing in other bigger hotels. The Cons: 1) WiFi was not free , the hotel should really look at this - WiFi is like air these days and is an automatic expectation of any guest, so much so that like water or electricity people expect it to be available and not at an additional cost. 2) For 42 euro the room was really small, I was expecting a small room but as I said above it reminded me of my closet back home. 3) Lights in Toilet , The light switch in 2nd floor shared toilet resembles an emergency / alarm button. Due to which I didn't switch it on and had to do my business in dark/mobile light because after 5 mins the hallway lights coming into the toilet got switched off. 4) Due to lack of a fan or AC the small room became quite hot very fast and I had to keep the window open to let in cold air to combat the heat. 5) They only have bottled beer :-) Summarization :- I would actually rate it Good but there is no option for that so I decided on Very Good. Overall its a nice place to stay though it gives you a feel of hostel more than hotel. I felt

We enjoyed our stay here. You could either do self check in or you could check in with reception. The lobby has a bouji vibe, lovely colourful sofa, chandeliers and flamingos, sweeties by the door and complimentary fruit water. Our room was very clean and the bed comfy. We like to have a kettle in the room but there wasn’t one, I mentioned it to reception and she organised one for us straight away along with cups as well and we kept it in the room for the duration of our stay. Optional breakfast was available at the hotel as an extra. There was also a pizza restaurant in the evening. There are about 3 supermarkets on the doorstep if you need shopping. The nearest metro station is only about a 10 minute walk away. The only slightly negative comment we have is that in the pizza restaurant when it came to paying the bill, we were told we only accept cash, luckily we had some but most people don’t these days. If you are only accepting cash that should be made clear at the beginning of the meal. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay and I would go back if visiting Vienna again.

I stayed there for a week for business trip. the hotel is located in central place with Praterstern station nearby from where you can travel to anywhere in vienna . tram stops are also nearby. The best part of the hotel is its service. the staff is too helpful. they helped me almost whatever I asked be it early checkin, suggesting good hotels nearby, booking taxi etc. etc. The rooms are Ok. cleanliness is good. I enjoyed my stay there and would like to go again.

The radiotherapy is very clean, close to the subway station and the Danube, it is very convenient to travel, the car can be parked on the side of the hotel road. The lobby is clean and comfortable. There is a corner garden outside, where you can eat in the garden. It is suitable for traveling with children for the whole family and also suitable for business trips alone. Very manager, super cost-effective!

The hostel was very small, but there was no inconvenience to stay. However, the Internet did not explode at all from the second day, so I couldn't use it. And there were days when cleaning was random, there were days when collecting was sorted out, and there were days when it was the same. Although the Vienna itself is an expensive neighborhood, I don't know why the rating is so good at this price even outside the ring. The room is clean and warm.

A hotel that certainly goes the extra mile! The effort they made to provide both Vegan and Gluten Free breakfast to meet our dietary requirements was astounding. They provided really nice vegan and gluten free chocolate cake which tasted sooooooo good. Also provided vegan and gluten free bread, cold cuts alternatives. Provided extra for lunch for day trip to Salzburg. Good location, about 30 minutes walk to Vienna Opera House. Close to underground and tram station. Provided large umbrellas for when it rained. Eco friendly, super helpful staff. They have a minimalist touch to their rooms which makes them efficiently functional. Great hotel away from all the noise near the centre but at the same time not too far from the centre. Definitely recommend.
