Apartment is very near to Hauptbanhof with 2 supermarkets and eateries around it. Transport is easily accessible and very convenient. Had been staying for the 4th time and love the calmness around it. Service staff were very friendly. Washing machine and dryer with a fee at the basement makes it more convenient as we stayed for 10 days.

Room was clean amd functional with kitchen and utensils provided. No issue. Theres no housekeeping so need to maintain the cleaniless throughout the stays.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. However, don't expect great service, as it's more of a serviced apartment, and the staff were quite indifferent. On a side note, the trash can was still full when I checked in, which was pretty outrageous.

Location is great. Near to Wien Main Train Station and got tram easy to tourist attraction, very near to Schloss Belvedere.

I booked a family room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. They don't allow an additional child. The location is very close to the main train station, and you can also walk to Belvedere Palace. There's a bus stop near Belvedere Palace that's much more convenient than taking the subway, as it goes directly to all the popular attractions in the Old Town, like the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Hofburg, museums, and City Hall… I only discovered this on the day we left! 😅 I bought a 48-hour transport pass, which felt like a better deal than the City Card, as the latter mainly offers discounts on attractions that you might not even use. With the transport pass, taking the train from the main station to the airport only costs 2.2 euros (half price for children). It takes 16 minutes to get to the airport, and even without the pass, it's not expensive – if I remember correctly, it's 2.9 euros. The hotel offers almost no service; it's mainly self-service. Housekeeping is supposedly every four days. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, it was acceptable, but I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.

The hotel is at a good location where just near the Vienna Central Station.

We enjoyed our stay at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna! The location was so convenient, right next to the Hauptbahnhof Central Train Station. (Note that you can walk through the station and exit via the exit nearest to Burger King) The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Recommend!

Hotel located next to Hbf Wien, very convenient! Highly recommend if you’re a traveller and accessibility is of concern. Hotel cleanliness is not the best, but still acceptable.

Disappointing Experience :( I had two stays at Adina Hotel, and both were unsatisfactory. During my first visit, the entire hotel system was down for two nights, forcing staff to issue backup room keys. This was quite inconvenient. After spending days travel in other town, I returned to Vienna for my second stay, which was even worse. The sink in my assigned room was clogged, and although the staff moved me to a new room, I had to pack and unpack my luggage, which was frustrating. The next day, the new room had its own issue: the lock was out of battery. Even after staff replaced the battery, it still didn't work. I was in a rush to leave, and the staff assured me that a technician would fix it while I was out. Unfortunately, it remained unresolved. Additionally, the attitude of the night staff was unprofessional. When I expressed my reluctance to change rooms again and asked for alternatives, I was met with a dismissive response. The staff insisted I must change rooms and remarked, "At least you’ve got a new room," with a very poor tone. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experiences.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and new. Though it was a corner room but I’ve got to enjoy a better view. Having a kitchen area is a big plus, where a mini fridge, kettle and microwave are available. The location is great as well, well connected with train station, tram stops etc. it’s also walking distance to Belvedere.

Good stay good services near to central station very convenient

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are quite large and spacious, much bigger than the basic rooms at the neighboring Ibis, making for a much more comfortable stay. However, the decor is simpler compared to a Hyatt. You really get what you pay for. I actually tried out three different hotels this trip. The rooms come with kitchen utensils, perfect for simple meals, and ideal for two to three guests. The front desk staff were also quite friendly. Cons: Upon check-in, I had to fill out a lot of personal information on an iPad, which felt a bit tedious; other hotels don't require this. The room uses a key card for electricity, and when you remove it, the entire room instantly goes dark. This sudden power cut makes it inconvenient when opening the door and is a poor experience. I hope they can adjust it so the power cuts out after 5 seconds. Also, if budget allows, providing a bottle of drinking water would be great. Guests usually arrive after a long journey, and having to go downstairs to a nearby supermarket just to get a drink of water is a very bad experience.

We spent a great time there. The room is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is right next to the train station so it’s easy to get there. It’s about 30-min walk to the city center and the price-quality is pretty good in Vienna terms. The only thing is that they didn’t clean our room during the stay, but we only stayed for two nights so that was fine for us.
